Bigger bad than the first...

I was thinking how they could get a bigger bad for season 8 (if there will be) and was saying you can't get better than the first...

But then I remembered, in buffy's speech in "Bring On The Night" She said something like there's only one thing stronger than evil and that's us"

So all I can think of is them as a big bad

I mean... clones? Alternative reality them? They go evil?

I don't know how it could be done, but it seems the only thing than can be bigger than the ultimate evil!

I've been thining about this too, how to make an even worse big bad ... pretty impossible, however I though of two interesting nemesis.

the Necronomicon, everbody knows what it is right? ... no? ... it's an ancient book with the darkest of dark magic, it vaguens (sp?) the borders of death and life, you can return people from the death or make yourself inmortal. It also has strange effects on people, like the One ring. Somebody could come to Sunnydale, because they've traced the book there. And offcourse the ScoobyGang would notice the increase in death by have the face skinned and the eyes taken out, they'll fight it, but become possesed by it themselves. Dawn wishes to ressurect Joyce, Will wants Tara back, Spike could use it to become a human, Giles could use it for Jenny, Buffy could make herself inmortal, a lot of reasons why people would want the book, however Giles and Buffy will not be around, but the others are still in the race!

Vampyrgods, a little like the ones on Blade, though that wasn't really the thing. The real deal has inmense powers and uses great magics. And he/she can not just be slayn (sp?) by a stake through the heart!

Have you seen any eps of this season? Have a look at Ubervamp...you seriously want something like him back as a Big Bad? I am sure if the production team want to continue they will come up with something new.
