Why do celebrities keep dying?
It's hurricane week, not celebrity death week.
 
Wow, I'm so sorry to hear that. It's going to sound dorky but I'm a huge infomercial fan, and as cheesey as some of the commercials were he did a great job with them. This has been a tough week for hollywood, lost 3 great people so far 🙁
 
Wow, RIP man. I watch youtube where they have funny videos of Billy May. But it is weird how he was the same age and all.
 
Another one I guess USA/north america knows more about than the rest of the world. I've heard the name though, maybe referenced in movies/shows but knowing me I might just confuse it with Wesley Snipes character from "Major league". :blush: R.I.P. none the less.

Both of those things are true. One assumes his later death was related to what happened on the plane.

From his twitter less than 24 hours earlier:

Just had a close call landing in Tampa. The tires blew out upon landing. Stuck in the plane on the runway. You can always count on US Air.

"All of a sudden as we hit you know it was just the hardest hit, all the things from the ceiling started dropping. It hit me on the head, but I got a hard head," said Mays.
 
I LOVE Billy Mays. Hes hilarious. So bummed when I heard this. This one was probably the worst celebrity death of the week for me. I love MJ too, but hes had a more than questionable past. Mays just seemed like an everyday family man.
 
Poor guy 🙁 I have a feeling he died the way the mom from Parent Trap who died moments after a skeing trip.

I just saw him on Conan last week and was loving his energy. Amazing loss and I look forward to Conans inevitable tribute this week.

Shocking the amount of celeb deaths that have been hitting us recently, as if we even needed reminding on our mortality.

Ok, this is getting really, really weird!

I was shocked to hear about Billy Mays. Even tho he annoyed the CRAP out of me with that OxiClean commercial, he seemed like a great guy. He was always funny on Pitchmen, too. Too sad! RIP, Billy!
