I just finished watching Book of Shadows: Blair Witch II. I'm very confused. I don't understand what happened at all. Did anyone see the movie when it came out a few years back? The movie is so jumpy to flash backs and what-not. I know that they start off picking up all the people for the tour and then they go into the place where the Blair Witch's house used to be. The other tourists come up but they make them leave. Then they drink and they wake up and the camp is destroyed. Then somehow the movie just freaks out and I didn't understand what was going on at all. I REALLY don't understand what was going on. Can someone please shed some light. I'm not gunna be able to sleep. It's gunna be on my mind all night.
 
Basically, they spend the night where the legend occured and the first movie (which is just a movie in the sequel) was shot. They are all possessed into thinking that thier actions were innocent, while the Blair Witch or whatever malicious force it really was, lashed out with murderous intent. At the end, the possession expired, their exploits were documented in such a way that it was the most effective supernatural framejob ever.
 
I read that if your watching it on tape, and you rewind it from the end to the begining, you can see weird things...
Dunno if thats true...or....why its relevant...
 
Yeah. That's on the DVD too. It's called The Eye of Esver???? If you rewind the special feature it will spell out scenes where creapy things are hidden.

I rented the movie, so I don't have it anymore, but I remember the two that they showed as examples were:

When the owl flew through the class windows in the factory, one of the windows has the face of one of the Blair Witches' vitims on it. The other one was when the guy's wife (who lost the baby) was running around in circles in that bedroom area, the locks on the lockers were arranged in a pentagram.
 
One that I noticed is when they are at the graveyard meeting Kim (the Goth), the headstone you see when they talk to her switches what it says.
 
Does anyone else really like this film? Everyone else I've talked to slags the hell out of this film. I think it's just a great film, slightly rushed but still really creepy.
