This day, my friends, is what dreams are made of.

I just got an electric guitar from my dad for my 13th birthday coming up this saturday, I'm watching through the Buffy complete collection a second time, and now I understand a lot of the plot better and I'm doing that geeky habit of picking out things I never noticed before and going "Wow, I never noticed that before" AND I just found a Buffy forum.

What can I say, Hecate LOVES me.

Well... about four weeks. Badly.

I lack that hand strength so crucial in rubbing all the skin off your fingers in a horrible attempt at playing Smoke on the Water that sounds like a hybrid between 'All My Ex's Live in Texas' and a four year old who just found a plectrum.

Apparently, if you have fretboard abused fingers, soaking them in methylated spirit is supposed to help toughen them...altogether now..."Smoke on the water, fire in the sky"...aah, the learner guitarist's friend 🙂

So, I was wondering... where the hell do you get these Buffy comics from?

I've heard everyone saying about how good they are, then I come here and there are whole sections of the forum dedicated to the comics, so... where do you get them?

Or rather more to the point, can you get them for free? 😀

Well...Buffy Season 8 is due to be released in comic form - the first issue comes out at the beginning of March (see the countdown at the bottom of our homepage) and should be available from your local comics shop or from online dealers like Forbidden Planet or TFAW - and as Joss is heavily involved it is likely to be considered canonical...as for free comics...there aren't many that I know of but the BBC Cult site ( http://www.bbc.co.uk/cult/buffy/ecomics/ ) has a few available...however the BBC closed the site last year, so I don't know how long those will remain available...
