This Bones forum needs a spoilers thread. 🙂 Doesn't seem to be a lot out there right now, but here's some stuff I found on TelevisionWithoutPity.com.
Oh and a reminder...Bones starts soon - Tuesday Sept 13, 8:00 pm, after House. (I'm going by memory there though. I could be wrong. Someone with a real computer should double-check)

The Man on Death Row (1-03?): A man, Epps, arrested by Booth in 1999 is set to be executed in 32 hours. A young (28?), attractive defense lawyer, Amy Morton, has gone to Booth and Brennan to get the case re-opened. Morton was not the attorney that defended Epps, but Booth and Morton know each other, apparently only in a professional way. The reason for re-opening the case is that some evidence was dis-allowed that showed that another man had sex with the victim (April Wright) the same night before she was killed.
There's a scene in the sides with Amy Morton and Brennan in a car together, talking about Booth. Morton asks the obligatory, "So you guys dating? to Brennan. Brennan replies "God no." and later mentions that Booth has a girlfriend.
Also, there's a scene with Angela on a date with a guy named Troy, but Brennan interupts this because Angela is needed to do some lab tests.
The Man in the Bear (1-04?): The teaser starts in east Washington state with a female veterinarian doing an autopsy of a bear. When examining the stomach contents, the vet discovers part of a human hand. The bear had eaten only part of a human, the rest of the body is still missing. By the end of the first act, Brennan and Booth discover that a human cannibal is responsible for the death of the victim, Adam Langer, who the female vet was dating before his death (or at least sleeping with).
