Bonnaroo 2008

Metallica and Pearl Jam will headline this year's Bonnaroo.

This is a HUGE deal for me. Not only am I a huge Metallica fan, but I live about 30 minutes from the Bonnaroo Farm. This whole Bonnaroo thing is still crazy to me. Growing up around Manchester, TN I would have never, ever thought that Metallica and Pearl Jam would be headlining a music festival there. Crazieness.

Is anybody from the board going or thinking of going to Bonaroo?

If you really do want a job there, all you have to do is contact the Manchester Chamber of Commerce. I worked there in 2004. All I did was sell beer and watch the shows. I only had to work a 5 hour shift and then I had the rest of the day free. Plus, you got in for the price of working.

Well, I work for a festival here that is on at the same time, so I could only go if I got a, you know, real job with it lol. Thanks though 🙂
