please i'm having difficulty in finding inspiration for a banner, i want to do something in a slightly different style but i need a basic idea to work from, a theme or emotion if you like. i'm looking for suggestions to inspire me - so get cracking and post please lol

If you want an idea i got one from the latest Buffy mag where they had stories of what happend and put what they thought should happen, for example they had Cordy's death and said they wanted her to live and they had a pic of their last scenes together in slanted frames i thought it be great to put that together and have the theme of regret or love or goodbye in words or something.....up to you...

Oh you know what would be cool, if you did a series of 7 banners, basing eachone on the 7 deadly sins, have eachone in a differnt colour that also represents that paticular sin, and find a moment in the Buffyverse that also reflects that moment!

I think I may well poach the idea for the next round at Reflective 'lol' I shall credit BEG for the inspiration ;)
Here's one I've never seen done good enough to remember. An animated comical banner.
 
It'd be fun to see if you could actually tell a story with a banner. Like, as you look left to right, there's some progression or narrative or whatever.

Or, a banner done in some specific art style. Like, a Van Gogh buffy banner or a Picasso buffy banner. Photoshop has some fun filters. (hmm, don't know if they've got a cubism filter yet...)

lol, And I now have time (With no more exams!!) to enter!! yey!

And ~I like the idea of a picasso inspired one, I may give that a go!

Perfect colour! I also love that you have the 7 sins along the bottom, with the particular one highlighted!!
 
pride's my fave so far...but i'm a little biased when it comes to Faith, so...lol
also loved wrath...you're technique is awesome. great blending!
