I agree with Mr. Pointy. Plus, a lot of people are smarter than Einstein... only less publicity.

I think it depends on what age you mature at, but women are more in control. They might act crazy 'cause of natural causes, but I think they are the Alpha gender.
 
Guys rock! I love to pet them and make them do tricks. The drooling is a bad habit but they can be broken. You gotta respect that. Mine knows his place at my feet and he pees sitting down...good boy.

😀 I am kidding...mostly...I think that girls are in control a lot more than most people often care to admit but I really don't think one sex is better than the other. Individualy they're both capable of being strong, sexy and amazing. But people as a whole suck...lol

Actually it is possible to make a sperm cell out of a female body cell, so provided the doctor isn't a guy, two women can have a child without the income of a men. Whereas male cells cant be turned into egg-cell and they can't bear the child.

creation...is not necessairly bad or good...nor is destruction...both have serve good and bad...

as it is now...with science...males are sort of obsolete...cause they can make the swirly tails inside of a beaker....

in most sports arenas...men can take women...
in pain threshold....chicks can take men...

men deal with problems directly...fistacuffs...
womyn deal with problems indirectly...spread rumors...cut downs...

so i don't know...all i know is that womyn control relationship levels...friends-dating-sex-marriage.....so i guess womyn are the alphas...lol...i feel sad now...i'm inferior...

I'm completely undecided but is there really a place for an 'Alpha' gender anyway or was the previous 2000 years the time of men and the next 2000 gonna be the time of women??🙂 Search me!!Can't we all get along??😉

women are way better, like we are so multi talented, like when we have kids and stuff we have to look after them, take them places, feed them food, hear them nag and that happens all in the matter of an hour! we take alot of stress and worry!
and we have alot more of expectancy like how to sit, act, talk stuff like that, men dont do they?
 
No sweetie, he was saying that men are obsolete...meaning no longer in use. Because what they give to a pregnancy can be simulated but not what women give. He was saying that in that way women are irreplacable. 😉

We can make babies without them but they couldn't without us. 🙂

That's not multi-talented. Single fathers can do that too.
 
Society has got into (to put it nicely) a ****ed up state.

If women are more powerful its seen as good because they can look after themselves. But some people see it as bad as they will never need a man, or they will scare off men.

If women are weak it is seen as good because all men like weak commandable women dont they? (sarcastic fyi) But then some people say women who are weak should toughen up so they don't get "screwed over" by men.

Men are seen as needing to be strong and the provider in life, but some people say this is chovanistic (sp?) and old fashioned. However if men are weak they are called either "panises" (which is bad) or the "new man" (which is good).

So it's all screwed up! Genders are just messed up!

Come on, you may not fancy women but they are in control. It's you and them that have the taste and fashion sense 😉 but it's them that shape the way everyone turns out. Perhaps I'm biased as I was brought up by my Mum from age 11...but I don't think so - men everywhere are controlled by the women in their lives - mothers, sisters, girlfriends, wives, daughters - it's programmed into us😉

Not that I believe in Him, but God is not a guy. That is just a remnant of the rampant sexism of the time during which the Bible was written (by men). It does not make sense in a monotheistic religion that the deity would have a gender. God is not capable of having sex. He is not a living being and there is no other being of his species. The whole thing with Mary cannot be considered sex, at least in the traditional sense. It is all very complicated, but sexuality requires and a complimentary being of the opposite gender, which cannot exist in a monotheistic religion.

Ignore that last bit if you are Christian and/or disagree. Please don't hate me because I am a bitter atheist. 😛 Anyway, I agree with AshSan about the whole "genders are just messed up" thing. We all have our flaws and there are always exceptions to the norms of each gender. I have many feminine characteristics (watching Buffy, for one), but would not really prefer to be a female. I am not exactly proud to be a male, but it is all right I suppose. To answer the question, I do not think that either gender is superior and I think we would all be better off if we were asexual and created our babies in laboratories. That way, our idiotic sexual urges would not influence every facet of our lives as they currently do.
 
ehh...i'd hate to live in an asexual world..there's no balance then....no conflictual balance...its just dull...
 
Yeah, yeah. No conflict, no fun. I am just saying it would be a lot more peaceful amd orderly. To be honest, I think that girls and guys are like Yin and Yang. There is no better half. They compliment each other perfectly.
 
LOL! I love to fight with my man...it keeps things interesting...keeps the passion alive. Nothing's better than making up. Even if you're just pretending to get behind enemy lines...lol 😛
