Bring back Tara as The First!

I'm a huge Tara fan, and I love the actress who plays her too. I think it would be great for Tara to come back as the first to haunt Willow, especially since she was always so nice. I think it should of been Tara who was in Conversations With Dead People instead of Cassie, does anyone know if that part was originally meant for her?
