I just read that Netflix is going to bring out Season 4 of "Longmire," which was cancelled a couple of years ago at the end of Season 3, which led to this question:

If you could bring back one favorite show, excluding anything in the Whedonverse, because that's already been discussed several times, in its original form, just as if its finale hadn't happened, and a new Season was starting the next fall, what would it be?

Examples would be Season 4 of the original "Star Trek," or Season 7 of the original series, "Highlander."

I second Carnivale. Leaving us on the cliff's edge like that was cruel. (PS @Mr. Pole, I've not seen Deadwood yet, but do plan to as I have it all downloaded. I look forward to it).

Also gutted Freaks And Geeks got cancelled. I wish we'd seen more. Linda Cardellini was amazing in F&G, really natural, and so many of the characters were equally lovable and flawed.

Freaks and Geeks karma!
If Firefly doesn't count, then My so-called life, and Battlestar Galactica.

Though The Gates, Moonlight and Bionic Woman could have benefitted from second seasons as they were getting better but not renewed, though they weren't my fav shows or anything.

I liked it, but it never really got there. Lol once I saw Larkin on the subway in New York.
I think I only saw a few episodes.. wasnt there something about breaking into a house and a female was a vampire? Grillo was like the head of security or something?

Oh, I forgot about that. Crude! Thats where I remember Grillo from!! The friggin Gates. The other one I just remembered was Invasion.. I liked that show. I alone it seems.
i like the gates, it looked promising. i liked the recently canceled resurrection.

American Gothic is another.. I used to watch that like mad... 'there's someone at the door' that show was amazing.

Sanctuary would have been quite interesting. Another season of Fringe might have helped me understand the show. How about a complete remake of Sleepy Hollow by people who don't use characters that are unbelievable.

No. As much as I really enjoyed the show, the final season was not it's strongest.

So.. Sleepy Hollow.. don't even get me started.. That being said, I cant wait for October to see the Sleepy Hollow / Bones crossover episodes. I have no idea how they are going to pull that out!

How about a Hawley spin off?
.
I hated him! he was one of the things that was bad about the second season.. as good as the first season was the second was horrible.. and I know you were on the Team Hawley for awhile but.. come on. Third wheel much?

More Arrested Development would have been good.

And didn't Ringer end with a load of unanswered questions too? I can't remember.

Hawley never made it to the screens here, Bones was good for the first three seasons then it lost its way, like the series Lost, it just didn't know how to stop.
