There was a pilot at least with an American cast(!) including the woman who played Jadzia Dax on Star Trek: DS9. There may even have been a short-lived series. I think it was another of those American re-makes that bombed 😉
I'm pretty sure the original Dwarf was shown over there in some form 'cos I think I've heard it referenced on US programmes (possibly even by the Evil Trio on Buffy??? - a little help there please dialogue/pop culture reference fiends🙂)
