BTVS: Character Ages and Birthdays

I dont think anyone really knows, Im guessing Fred's in her mid 20's with Gunn in his lower 20's, and Wes, probably late or mid 30's.
I dont think its ever been stated though! 😀

Of course the characters are not the same age as the actors! How old do you think James Marsters (Spike) and David Boreaz (Angel) would have?

Yeah I think that was pretty obvious HermioneMalfoy lol!
 
I think unless it's stated otherwise, just assume the characters are about the same age as the actors. For instance, Cordelia looks older than Buffy and Willow, but we know they are contemporaries. We don't know Gunn's age, so I assume he's the same age as J. August Richards, who I think is 30
 
I have to do a bit of research for a project, so I need to know what are the ages of the following characters at the end of Chosen, and when are their birthdays?

Buffy
Dawn
Kennedy
Willow
Xander
 
Kennedy is around 18-20 im not exactly sure because they never state her age just that she is older then what a Slayer reguarly is when they become a slayer.
 
I thought Dawn was 14 at the beginning of the 5th Season and she was 17 in Chosen?
 
no she was 16
5th-14
6th-15
7th-16
well i guess it depends on her birthday
 
It could've been that this:

5th: started out 14 and turned 15 during the season
6th: turned 16 by the end
7th: turned 17 by the end
 
maybe oz maybe! ut whatever age she was she didnt act like it! lol dont get me wrong i love dawn but i admit she was immature
