Hey guys,

Just recently I bought a box of ink work cards. I bought "Spike: The Complete Story". I am very unhappy. Nowhere on the official webpage or the box of cards does it indicate that you need to send in a redemption card to get the autographed or piecework cards. I bought the box thinking I would get all of these amazing things. I DID get amazing things. Like 2 redemption cards. One for an autograph by the woman who played Nikki Wood, and the other a pieceworks card of James' leather coat from Angel. Only problem...The redemption cards expired in 2005.

You would think they would inform their customers that you need to send in a redemption card to obtain these special cards. Especially to those who are new to collecting Ink Work cards...It says clearly on the box that the autographed cards and pieceworks cards are INSERTED into various packages of cards. Not once did they mention a redemption card. I know I can buy these on ebay separately..but that isnt the point..these special cards are some of the reasons WHY I bought the box and not just the base set.

Has anyone else had this issue? I admit I did get 4 heart and soul cards and 2 spike and buffy cards. Which is great of course. But I still feel cheated. I spent good money on that card box..and I was so let down. I am actually very furious. Sad part...Ink Works is no longer in business. So I have no one to talk to about these...

Opinions/ experiences please...I need to know that I am not alone here!

For anyone who doesnt know: A redemption card is what you send back to inkworks and they send you the card you've "earned" or "won".
