gosh it easy which season do u like better buffy season 2 or angel season 2 is that easy to understand lol sorry i am new and i am loving the threads lol
 
angel season 2 is better i love it when they all go to pylea its well funny, also fred joins the team and we see groo 🙂 however i liked season 2 of buffy cos spike came into it and also seeing angel become angelus.
 
It doesn't even compare, to me.

AS2 was cool and all. But in the end, I only love it because of the end and Pylea and well... Fred. ^^ The beginning of BS2 was quite boring and S1-like, but the second half was great, and the finale amazing. It was all better written than AS2 !
 
Angel season two is quite a bit better. Buffy season two, for it's great arc and all, still had a fair number of mediocre to bad episodes. Angel season two had a great arc as well, but really no weak episodes.

I have to sort of actually agree with you on this one, Revolver. Buffy S2 is good, but granted, it does include such monumentally bad episodes such as "Beer Bad" and "Inca Mummy Girl" (*shudder) BUT it also has a few of the best episodes in the whole show in my opinion; "Innocence" and "Passion". I loved the whole Angelus as the Big Bad. (He is delightful when he's evil, no? As least he's not moping.)

Angel S2 is really good, though. It just happens to include my all-time favorite Angel episode EVER; "Are you now or have you ever been?". There are some really good episodes in this season; "Blood Money", "Epiphany" and of course, the brilliant Pylea episodes.

But nothing will ever take the place of Buffy in my heart. So, I guess I'll have to disagree and say, despite the badish episodes, it's better than Angel S2.
