First in the new line of officially licensed prop replicas "“ the Slayer's Cross necklace!

The slayer's cross necklace, given to Buffy in the premier episode by a mysterious stranger called Angel, went on to become Buffy's trademark during this first season. Fully licensed by Fox, the Slayer's cross necklace is recreated with astonishing attention to detail. The silver plated cross comes with an 18-inch chain, and is packaged in a replica velvet box, complete with an attractively printed Buffy the Vampire Slayer logo.

The necklace was created using the actual necklace worn by Buffy as reference.

Play.com are good and thanks to you I now know what i'm getting a friend for her christmas! I couldn't think what to get her but she will love that.
 
There was a site selling them a while back as I picked one up...I forget the name but they also sold like Sunnydale t shirts and things. 🙂
 
Aren't there like millions of cross necklaces? Anwyay I wouldn't buy it as I don't believe in Jesus or anything so find it kind of insulting to others who may do by wearing it.
 
They have that necklace emerchandise. Not sure if it's the same thing, the packaging is probably different.

Actually certain celebs have made the Cross the accessory to wear. In different styles. But it has nothing to do with Jesus as (A) It doesn't have the figure of Jesus on it and (B) The crosses were made to look stylish not religious.

Did they sell the cross as part of a set in the graphic novel The Final Cut?

No no I know that people wear them for fashion but I was saying personally I find it kind of insulting if people wear them for that reason as there are people who wear them and they have a meaning. The only reason I'd wear one is if I was vampire hunting and with my busy schedule I can't alas.
