The Good;
Buffy slumping her head onto the table. Willow's rant at Giles and Angel. Cordy and Buffy getting all hot-to-trot for the party. Queen C's driving skills. Jonathon! On a date with Cordy no less. Buffy pouting (Giles her father figure more than ever)

The Bad;
The endings a bit cheery considering the fate of all those poor girls over the years, just like the disappearing corpses in The Harvest. You utterly cringe at the misogyny of the Frat boys. What exactly do the Sunnydale police make of the demon's body?

Best Line;

Questions and observations;
Buffy and Cordy go illicitly to a party with a bunch of older guys, pass out through drinking and end up in chains being menaced by a huge snake. Or what the girls at my old school used to call 'Saturday night'. (Apologies to the writers of Friends). Seriously though I was beginning to think I was seeing sexual subtext where there was none but upon listening to David Greenwalt's DVD commentary it's clear that's exactly what was intended. Xander also tries his hand at cross-dressing.
Another point for bisexual Will, she seems to fancy the frat boys. You wonder if Mayor Wilkins was a member of the fraternity?
An OK ep but not the best, I'll give it 6/10 but that might be a little generous

I know what you mean about the episode, tho it's funny, I liked most of it, I thought the big snake was a bit corny, I loved Willows rant to Angel and Giles, that was a good call for sticking up for your friend and even makes me smile when I think about it! And if you go to a party, make sure your drinks not spiked!!
Do the Sunnydale police even care cos so many things are so very odd?!

I adore that episode mostly because of the dialogue between Buffy and Angel :" when you kiss me i wanna die" GO Buffy!!! that's true romance! and the way Angel looks at her...it's obvious he falls deeply in love with her...but he knows that they are different...he is so much experienced...he has a dark past!
And i also like Willow's words to Giles and Angel...and the hilarious quote:"Angel?how do you shave?"
And i also believe SMG is at her best looks in that episode

Buffy and Angel scene in this episode is so good 🙂 you can't say it's beautiful but it's good 🙂 very very very good 🙂
And when Angel puts his game face, and Xander says "Ok, that is the guy you wanna party with".. I love that scene. It's so good 🙂

Personally I believe that Buffy in her nightie she puts on for Dracula looks at her best. As for the 'I wanna die' it sounds stupid, like Twilight or something but SMG sells it and it works

^ i understand what you mean...about Twilight...but i don't really like Twilight, i like Buffy much more because BtvS is not full of romance...i mean it's not about Buffy and Angel and nothing else...i like the girl power...i like how demons represent real problems...and the true friendship between Buffy and the Scoobies...but every now and then it is nice to get inside Buffy's feelings,i am a hopeless romantic but i believe the way their love is represented is much better than any other romantic story! 🙂

Reptile Boy.

This is one of my favourite episodes. So here are some things I so love abour it.

I so love begining. Just ordinary friends thing, watching the movies, Buffy doing Willow's hair, well you can't say Buffy never got something good and ordinary in her life 😀
Buffy's puppy eyes for Giles. She just looks so cute. And you can see father-daughter conection back then. I don't know how many times I used sad puppy look for my dad 😀
One of my favourite quotes in the show is in that episode.

Angel: I knew this was gonna happen.
Buffy: What? What do you think is happening?
Angel: You're 16 years old, I'm 241.
Buffy: I've done the math.
Angel: You don't know what you're doing. You don't know what you want.

I like how Buffy says one thing has already led to another, she has already fall for him 😀
Angel is protecting her, like always. And I think Buffy has hots for dangerous relathionship. She wants something with fire, she was living in the unnormal world for so long so she started to like all the creepy things, as we see in "Isn't that the way it's supposed to be?".

What was Cordy talking about Buffy's hair? Her hair is awesome in this episode. I like it when it's curly 😀

I like how Willow is a little jealous because Buffy is going out with Cordy. I love Angel's game face 😀 and ending is just fenomenal 😀

I couldn't agree more with you PrincessB!!!And yeah Buffy's hair look gorgeous there and IMO it is an episode that Buffy looks very beautiful!I also like the final scene!"i hear this place serves coffee" the man IS a vampire...and he has lived too long!Buffy brings out the human in him...he hasn't had a date for centuries!

The whole episode is great...and of course "when you kiss me i wanna die..." you already understand how much i like this quote!

I didn't particularly care for this episode. It's actually my least favorite. I hated the plot, and the monster was lame.

The ending had me dying laughing. Xander calls Angel a freak and he walks over and he's like 'Oh, hi man.' and then when Buffy and Angel do their "Buffy." "Angel." thing, Xander goes "Xander!"

He was funny all around in this episode. I actually like it.
