Permanent state of confusion...
Alright, what movies have you seen, want to see or regret having seen that feature any of the Buffy alumni?
I have seen:
-See Jane Date (CC) - Hmm... Go Femminism! Wait, there it went....
-Harvard Man (SMG) - This movie was actually very well done, I was surprised how much I liked it.
-Scooby Doo (SMG) - I don't even want to think about this movie.
-Scream 2 (SMG) - Eh? I thought she did well, as for the movie, the second in a trilogy isn't supposed to be the best, right?
-Simply Irresistible (SMG) - Although this movie is pure sappy, romantic twaddle, I confess I love it... Also, a pre-acclaimed Patricia Clarkson.
-Cruel Intentions (SMG) - Although it's a feast for the eyes, you should really just watch Dangerous Liasions.... But I always end up watching this instead....
-I Know What You Did Last Summer (SMG) - I hate teen horror movies...
-Small Soldiers (SMG-Voice) - The movie wasn't great, but I get a kick out of listaning to her voice.
-My Stepmother Is An Alien (Alyson Hannigan and Seth Green)- What can I say? This is a priceless piece of work by two of my favorite actors...When they were really young.
-Dead Man On Campus (Aly) - I saw this not knowing she was in it. It was the best part of the movie... Didn't help it out enough I'm affraid.
-American Pie 1-3 (Aly) - I went to see these movies because she was in them. I concede that I did in fact laugh.
-Boys And Girls (Aly) -Not at all impressed, and she was barely in it... Was ammusing to see her kissing Freddie Prinze Jr. though.
-Beyond the City Limits (Aly and Alexis Denisof) - All this movie did was make me want to kill myself, even the treat of TWO Buffy alumns didn't help.
-Valentine (DB) - Hmm... I own this movie and the only reason I have to justify this is because David Boreanaz is in it.
-Psycho Beach Party (Nick Brendon) - I love this movie with all my heart and soul... One of the funniest things I've ever seen. It's 60's beach movie meets 70's horror flick.
-Pinata: Survival Island (Nick Brendon) - Went in knowing it would be bad... Was more than right. But now I have the "Privelige" of saying I've seen it.
-Harriet the Spy (MT) - I actually have a soft spot for this film. Don't know why. I think it just comes down to it being cute.
-Eurotrip (MT) - Well, this movie is purely a guilty pleasure. Am I ashamed? You bet! Did I enjoy it? For sure!
-I Want To Marry Ryan Banks (Emma Caulfield) - I think that if Jason Priestly wasn't in this it might have been enjoyable... Other than him, it was cute and romantic and fun to see Emma in something else.
-Addams Family & Addams Family Values (Mercedes McNab) - Well, who doesn't like these movies? Plus, Mercedes...
-All Staring Eliza:
--That Night - This is a great movie also starring Juliette Louis, Eliza was great, even at about ten years old.
--This Boy's Life - Hmm, really depressing, also very good. Again, a young, yet wonderful Eliza.
--True Lies - Everyone knows this movie right? You know, Arnie?
--Bye, Bye Love (Also Amber Benson and Lindsay Crouse) - This movie is sweet without being pretentious and also something that most people can relate to... Plus, it had three Buffy people in it.
--Race the Sun - I can't help it. I just like this move. Typical story about the underdogs succeding... And solar power.
--Bring It On - I hate Kierstin Dunst. That's all I can say about this and still be civil.
--Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (Allso a cameo by Marc Blucas) - How is it possible that the same person who wrote the wonderful, insightful, intelligent and all around good Clearks, Chassing Amy and Mall Rats spew this crap out? The only redeming factor is the Scooby Doo satire.
--Soul Survivors - Can anyone else say Huh? This movie was missing charismatic charicters, interesting plots and every other redeming factor... But, I watched the whole thing, just because of Eliza.
-The Crush (Amber Benson) - I can't watch Cary Elwes in anything other than the Princess Bride because my mind keeps drifting off to that (even though I despise it)... Amber was in it, she wasn't especially good, wasn't bad.
-Can't Hardly Wait (Amber and Seth Green) - This movie was funnier when I was 12 than it is now. But Seth is priceless in this, Amber is hardly in it.
-Immaginery Crimes (Amber) - Once again she plays "the best friend" character... Movie was so depressing I couldn't watch it all, that and it had the pace of a snail.
-All Staring Seth Green:
--Austin Powers (how many are there?) - I hate these movies. I appreciate his comic ability though.
--Pump up the Volume (also Juliet Landau) - I love this movie. It's a great eighties film. Not that either of these two are recognizable though.
--Airborne - Ha! I love Seth in this.... The movie's watchable, would be better with a different lead actor.
-- To Gillian on Her 37th Birthday - Ah... I like this, although he's not really "in it"... So it doesn't really belong here, but still...
--Idle Hands - Can I say how funny Seth Green is in this movie? Although it leaves a little to be desired (ok, alot), it's impossible not to laugh during this movie.
--Stonebrooke - Seth was the only person in the whole movie that didn't make me cringe...
--Enemy of The State - I love it when he takes roles like this, he's so good at being a great character, yet not a main one...
--The Italian Job - He's great in this also, and the movie's pretty watchable. Not Oscar calliber or anything like that, but it's a good heist movie.
--America's Sweethearts - Ha... His scenes with Billy Christal are hilarious, and the movie's great to... It makes fun of movies. Also, John Cusak....
Movies I want to see:
-Chance (Written and Directed by Amber, starring James Marsters and Andy Hallet, with a cameo by David Fury)
-Celest in The City (Nick Brendon)... He's gonna be gay, I can't wait.
-Darkness Falls (Emma) - Just curious to see what she's like in this, however, everytime I intend to rent it, I just can't bring myself to do it... Don't know if I ever will.
-Wrong Turn (Eliza) - Is this good? I'm trusting you all.
Wow, that was more of a major review session than a list... Sorry, It's late and I'm bored... But if you made it this far, I guess you were too.
