Buffy And Spike In Season 9

I didn't exactly go crazy. But if anyone knows a giant freezer I can use, let me know? I need to find someway to return to my body from this puddle of happy goo I've melted into.

I find it interesting in the preview page that Buffy has "roomies that aren't in the know." I somehow get the feeling that that status isn't going to last for very long. Anyone want to bet there aren't some unpleasant party crashers just waiting to make their appearance? And while vampires might need an invitation, rogue Slayers don't.

WA, I think I agree with you on the party crasher thing. However, in terms of rogue slayers I don't think anyone who simply angry at Buffy for what she did last year counts as a rogue slayer, Simone yes and others than are doing morally wrong things with their powers. Though I think the slayers have a justified reason to be angry with Buffy right now, and if thats not what you meant by rogue slayers than I hope I didn't misunderstand you,
 
Why would they have a justified reason to be angry with her? They still have their powers. The witches, I can see them being reasonably angry since they don't. If anything, no new vamps makes the other slayers lives easier.

Let see what reason, one she had sex with the enemy the person who was killing the slayers, then started the end of the world, they lost their connection to each other and their won't be any new slayers their legacy is no more after them, I don't think vamps are going to be the major big bad this season, and vamps are not the only dangerous evil things that still exist in the world, and I think in the magicless world evil has a major advantage.
 
Except she was controlled in doing that. While they might not be aware of that, I wouldn't call their anger justified overall.

Since when did the Slayers care about legacy?

No magic for the demons either.

You've got your facts wrong Buffy was never controlled she had free will, so its justified. Also slayers have cared about their legacy since they have existed, thats where the pride in being one comes from, and I'm pretty sure people care about their heritage even slayers. Also just cause demons don't have magic doesn't really matter a lot of the good guys don't have it either, like those witches that died protecting the slayers in season 8.
 
I like the Spuffy stuff, that's cute!! But why the hell is Riley there? I don't get that at all. And what does this line mean: "...and she's the third one this month"?

And I'm honestly not excited about the artwork on that page.

Oh, so the words emblazoned on the page from not one, not two, not three, but four characters, including the one who knows everything there is to know about Twilight, Spike, and the person who brought it all about, Angel, is 'getting the facts wrong'?

Yes, the writers verified months ago both Buffy and Angel had free will. Angel was played by Twilight, Spike may have some facts right but he's totally wrong about there being anyone controlling Buffy and Angel.

No, they didn't. Meltzer said the opposite. Espenson said the opposite, to quote: "Buffy is better than that." By writers, you mean editor Scott Allie and he compared it to being given drugs. Except Buffy never chose to take any drugs. It is, in essence, date rape. Yes, glowhypnoled Buffy chose to do it just like spelled Buffy chose to come on to Xander almost sleep with RJ.

It's not Spike talking in #40. It's Joss. The story in it's text is 100% explicit about what happened. From Angel saying Buffy wouldn't be able to fight what was about to happen to Spike and Willow confirming it.

Yes they did, Spike didn't confirm anything outside of his own point of view which is bias by the way, and neither did Willow. Allie is right, he wrote the arc the last arc, and since he wrote it he does know what he's talking about and has more credital view than those of the characters. Really if everyone is going to pretend the betrayal didn't happen than what was the point of even reading the comics, even you don't even believe what the writers who wrote them tell you? Going by that logic, Willow is not responsible for what happened in season 6 either.
