Funny enough, just watched that eppie the other day and I can honestly say that wasn't in it. Although, it might have been in another one of the early episodes. 🙂
 
On an episode of Clone High, a cartoon that was on MTV, Ghandi kisses a photo of Sarah Michele Gellar (not a mention to Buffy but towards an actress)

On an episode of South Park, Stan's sister kicks the boys out of the house to watch BTVS.

Also, on an episode of Sealab 2021 (Cartoon Networks Adult Swim) a character is running from the authorities and falls into a "Hellmouth" (just a hole with a sign that says "Hellmouth" on it)
 
I remember the one on charmed and the one on white chicks which is one of the funniest films i've ever seen
 
I was watching Sex & The City season 4 this morning and in that season, one of the characters is dating an actress by the name Willow Summers. I know it's not an exact Buffy reference, but I thought it was really funny.

Especially since SMG guest starred in an episode earlier in the series too 🙂

I was always like "Is that a reference?" Plus Carrie did tease Big for "dating someone named after a tree" and someone teased Willow for being named after a tree in Band Candy.

Always fun seeing valley-Sarah in that episode too.

Anyway back to topic. Was watching Will & Grace the other day and Jack was flirting with a guy and asked him what he did. The guy replied he was in TV and Jack said "Oh my god! You're in TV? Buffy is my life! Im so into Willow being a lesbo." I chuckled, then changed my MSN screen name.
 
There was the one from friends where phoebes twin ursulla does porn and she is bouffay the vampire layer- that episode cracks me up!!!
 
There's a reference in Bring It On, one of the cheerleaders says "Let's beat these Buffys and go home" or something to that effect 🙂 and it's great cause Eliza's in that movie
 
On some short series on Lifetime a teenager dressed up as Buffy and made her boyfriend dress as Angel for a Halloween party. It was so cute.

On Gilmore Girls someone said "Who would be up this late, besides Spike and Dru?"
 
Watching Will & Grace and Will walks in and Grace is reading a magazine. Conversation goes a bit like this:

Grace: "Sarah Michelle Gellar is really smart. Im reading this interview and at the start she was talking about where she gets her highlights done but then she talks about political affairs and world economy (or stuff like that). Im going to say it, shes a genius"

Will walks over and looks at it, he then opens up the two pages.

Will: "Thats why, the pages were stuck together. You were reading an interview with ... (cant remember)"

Grace: (Reading the magazine) "Even after all these years limos are so cool."

Then later she says "I should have guessed when she was talking about her time in a POW camp"

A bit later Will says "What do you care, you thought Buffy was in a POW camp!"
 
It's not a TV show, but I'm pretty sure Buffy is mentioned in the movie Josie and the Pussycats. They're talking about new trends, and they lift up this feathery type piece of clothing and say that "it's Buffy meets Chicken Run".

I can't believe Buffy and Sarah Michelle Gellar were both mentioned in Will and Grace! I love that show.

It wasn't in the first episode but in one of the early episodes of season one after John found out how far away from earth he was he included Buffy in a list of all the things that would be gone by the time he got back.

By the way Jacklyn, that line you mentioned is from one of my favourite Farscape moments, it's just a classic John/Scorpius scene! 🙂

Not TV, but the books series Circle of Three, uhm... some guy was saying, "I dunno, but she seems like one of those Buffy the Vampire Slayer witch wanna-be's."
 
Another Will & Grace one that may have been mentioned before. In the ep Artifical Insemination (think its that one) Will tries to tell Jack to not mention the fact Grace and he are planning on having a baby, but doesn't want Grace to know he has told Jack. He does some hand signals, Jack looks like he knows what he means, then goes through a whole load of gestures. Will is confused and Jack says: "...and we'll watch Buffy later". Even had a little staking gesture.
 
Ummmm, 'Shorties Watching Shorties' on Comedy Central. Baby Nick has a Buffy lunch box and Baby Patrice says something like, "Isn't Buffy a little outdated?" And then Baby Nick points out Baby Patrice's 'Judging Amy' lunchbox.
 
Did anyone catch I Love the 90's Part Deux, 1998, there was supposedly a Buffy discussion. I'm so pissed I got caught up in my little SATC marathon and missed it 🙁
 
On Gilmore Girls, episode 5.10 "But Not as Cute as Pushkin" Spike and Dru are mentioned:

Paris: Enjoy your night. How do I look?
Rory: Where are you going?
Paris: I'm putting myself out there, Rory.
Rory: Now?
Paris: Yes, now.
Rory: It's eleven o'clock at night, who are you hoping to hook up with now, Spike and Drusilla?
 
In the movie Johnson's Family Vacation,Solange Knowles watches the Buffy episode Chosen in her motel roon.It's the scene with Buffy fighting the Ubervamps.
