Buffy/Angel References in other TV Shows

I love it when my favourite things come together. Here's an obscure one. The Silent Hill comic series. In Silent Hill: Paint it Black, one of the characters delivers an obnoxious "Bored now..." It's not an overt reference, but given that the character is an evil red-headed Cheerleader, I think it's safe to guess where the author picked it up...
