Buffy Angel Scene: "The Prom"

I cried when she was talking to willow but I got SSSOOOOO happy when Angel finaly showed up, And the song 'Wild Horses' fits perfectly....I loved it way way to much

The sad part wasn't the dance it was the circumstances under which the dance was actually danced.
 
Damn I was so shocked when Angel said that he's leavin. I didn't belive in that. Then I realised that maybe he realy will leave... and when Buffy was with Willow and she said: I can't breathe, Will. I feel like I can't breathe. If you'd see me. Tears just started to fall and I couldn't stop! I cried almost whole eppy! 🙁 It wasn't that hard as in "I will remember you" but still so sad... 🙁
Actually this eppy just kills me. I'm so sad when I watch it and I cry again and again for them... why I love em so much?

I think it was the fact that Angel says he is leaving that it was such a sad/romantic ep. I know I cried. Angel and Buffy are a very cute couple. I was astonished that Angel said he was leaving , I don't know how Buffy does it. I mean she has her heart trampled and step on and she just picks up the pieces and moves on. Of course she is a slayer......

True....
I agree. I hate that Angel left. The crying scene with Willow was heartbreaking. I just don't know why she has to deal with thatmuch pain.

No kidding, otherwise I'd get made fun of unmercifully. I consistently cry on two separate occasions during "The Prom":

1) The scene where Buffy breaks down in Willow's lap after talking to her about Angel breaking up their relationship. Having done something very similar after my first serious relationship, that scene really hits home.

2)The "Class Protector" scene. Something about the stuff in the speech Jonathan delivers that was put together by the student body also kinda strikes a chord, in particular the part about how Buffy wasn't friends with a lot of the students, and that they didn't really take the time to get to know her, but that she should know that it doesn't mean they didn't notice her.
 
Yea man!And after all the slaying killing and loving they had!And behind it, youd never think the end would be so sad!i mean, yea you know itll be sad, but not that sad...Oh well.im weird....but they knew it was impossible in the long run!On a happier note, due to the saddness of the prom, we got something outta it and so did angel!An angel show...Now if he stayed, we may not have one!!!ok bye
