Buffy Board Meet Up - America 2010

If y'all came to L.A. you could see Sunnydale High, the Hyperion (I've been there), Angel's mansion from S2/S3, the Wolfram & Hart building...

It's *the* place to have a Buffy meet-up... it's where it all happened. 😉

I'm happy for a meet-up anywhere I have a place or relatives. So I'm good for L.A, NYC, Boise and Lexington. L.A would be cool though since all the Buffy landmarks are there. We could be the ultimate tourist group, haha. 😉

Come on people, I work for a hotel. While that doesn't guarentee anything, I MIGHT be able to bug our sales lady enough to get discounts. MIGHT. Slim chance. But still....OOOOklahoma.....

Obviously something like Chicago, St. Louis, or especially Dallas would be far more feasable for me. Otherwise I probably wouldn't be able to make it. It's one of the cons of living in the US, it's so darn big!

Some of us have already had a US BB meet...I'm looking at that Buffy Summers and Faith here...not to mention the Pointy/SiT meet in Dallas last year 🙂 I'm beginning to think that I'm the BB meet king...prove me wrong! 😉

Hey, if I have the grades to go abroad (from my study that is technically already abroad) and I decide on the US (or more likely Canada, cos I rather want to go there), I would also be available for this in 2010 😀
No location suggestions yet though, since this is all still kinda vague.

I haven't read the whole thread because by about post 6 it was getting clear that people were interested but everyone was giving a place.

Why not see who is interested first, get that together then get them all to post where they live.

You can then do a basic cross check of where the most people are closest to and arrange that way.

I vote for L.A. I live in Seattle, but I'd love an excuse to visit Cali again 🙂 I could easily take the train down there.

And the Buffy/Angel sightseeing sounds fabulous.

OOoh... well I live in Atlanta so New York would be closer, but I'd rather go to California, I've always wanted to go and this would be the perfect excuse to actually work on saving money and making it happen! I think it is the ideally best place, it would kick so much ass going to Sunnydale High and taking a bunch of geeky pictures with ya'll!
