Buffy Boards Top 144 - Results

PG ranking at number two is a big surprise for sure. I disagree that it gets no love. I'd say that and Angel are the most hyped episode of the first season (well hyped might be the wrong word, but you get my point). The Puppet Show and maybe even The Pack are first season episodes that deserve more praise IMO.

Am pretty pleased with how the results turned out. Back on season one. I think Nightmares is one of the worse ever episodes and yet I seem to be the only one who thinks this. It has one great scene which is the one with Buffy and Hank, maybe two if you include Xander hitting the clown😛 But again its sad to see Ted rated as one of the worse🙁 Ritter and SMG performances alone should raise it above that.

I loved The Puppet Show, it's my favourite ep of S1. I am also a bit of a fan of Nightmares, but maybe that's because of my own hatred of clowns. But I do think it gives an insight into the characters that we maybe hadn't seen before. Also agree about Ted, it's not terrible and has a lot to offer and I'm really not sure why it's so disliked

I just think the tone is really uneven in Nightmares. And I never cared about that little punk Billy😉

Maybe Billy in Nightmares is the same Billy the Slayer in the comics, and he reached out psychically to Buffy over some sort of shared Slayer dream thingy?
 
Thank you so much for getting the top 144 episodes because I'm going to watch as many as I can before Buffy gets taken off of Netflix lol
 
The list looks good, except Restless should be much higher (top 5, imo, but then it is the type of episode that people either love or despise so I am not entirely surprised). Oh, and Angel should not be anywhere close to the top. 😉
