Buffy books ideas

I recently bought Immortal, because I've always loved that book. But I didn't like the ones that were in the "Fleuve Noir" (in French) format, like this one:

I don't know why, but I just couldn't seem to like them much, except maybe the one about Jack the Ripper that was okay.

So, any recommendation?

I enjoy pretty much all of the books, but I would recommend "Child of the Hunt", "Queen of the Slayers", "Dark Congress" or "Chosen."

"Child of the Hunt" is set in Season 3 I believe, "Queen of the Slayers" and "Dark Congress" are set Post-Season 7 but pre-Season 8 I believe, and "Chosen" is just a novelization of Season 7
