I live in the U.K and I am a massive Buffy fan. I love Sarah Michelle Gellar cause she's a great actress. The one thing is that because I live in the U.K, you never get to see interviews and read everyday tabloid articles on Sarah Michelle Gellar. Buffy is not that bigger hit over here and that's one reason why I am always on the Internet- It's the only place that I can chat to other Buffy fans. If anyone knows ANY sites that I can find out loadsa news like you cool American dudes do then please tell me cause I go crazy not knowing about anything.

you could try something like
www.chosentwo.com /buffy(for Much Ado About BtVS) or /angel(for Flights of Angel)
it's like a base site and does sites on a bunch of shows
and anna does constant updates
 
You could also try www.buffyguide.com and www.buffyworld.com. Or just try a search for BTVS on a search engine like www.google.com.

I always thought that you guys in the UK got more conventions and stuff. We don't get any conventions where I live. ANd Buffy is kind of a thing of the past where I live. No one watches it in Atlanta (except for me)... That's why it's nice to have all you Brits to talk to about it. 😉 Our opposing viewpoints are kind of ironic, huh? 😉

The worst part is that Buffy is actually a very unique show even though it has been running for so long. I personally hate seeing really cool t.v shows like Buffy and then having to get back to the real world of school. Its good to know that all Buffy fans act like a big team and gossip about the show and about the cast. I hate being the only kid in my class with this obsession with Buffy but it's such a great show! Not only does everyone thing I'm wierd for talking about it all the time but they also always change the conversation. Knowing that I can still watch Buffy and know that Sarah Michelle Gellar is out there, keeps me going.
 
at my old highschool
in the mornings i created (and this sounds so sad but it was fun) a little in school buffy fan club where we like watched the buffy ep from the night before and like did the gossip thing and (being an all girls school) drooled over oz and xander and did the fashion discussion
and like people would come in to the classroom we took over and just sit and watch
it was like a buffy introduction commitee so people knew what it was
ah i loved it
and like explaining to people why willow was dating a werewolf was always fun!
and yay for BB it has replaced the hole that left in the morning after buffy! that sounds so wrong but hey i bablle and you do babble too we all babble! Sammy will agree with the babbling if she comes in here!

oh well
i guess we can all commiserate with each other about the general lack of buffy in all our worlds

Vail2002, I know the feeling. None of my friends like Buffy and they're always teasing me about it! 🙄 It's very frustrating.
