Buffy cakes

I just thought I'd share this nice halloween thing with you. For those of you that ever doubted it Buffy is a legend.

In the window of the bakery the nice halloween cakes are on display. There you can find a monster cake, a ghost cake and a vampyre/Dracula cake. Moreover there was this cake that made me come to a sudden stop and press my nose against the window. There amongst them was a cake that had a picture of a girl on it. A blonde girl in a black tanktop with a stake in her hand and a cross around her neck. I couldn't help laughing and everyone just turned around and looked at me like I was some kind of geek or something.

I mean it didn't say that it was a Buffy cake, but that was all that was missing. Buffy cakes?! I am amazed and I will never leave England, except to go home for Christmas that is.
 
Cool, I wish our local bakery had Buffy cakes. 😀 I would be so addicted to them cos I'm just a sad person with no life! 😉
 
Maybe it didn't say it was a Buffy cake for legal reasons.

In the UK in some suprmarkets they sold a Buffy cake with a season 4 picture on.
 
Oh, JollyApe, I think you'll have to buy these Buffy cakes and bring home to Sweden and sell them.. I know I would buy as many as you'd let me, hehe..
 
The UK has ALL the best Buffy stuff! Here in Canda we get nothing!! Boohoo!
 
That is so cool! Its definatly a Buffy cake even without them saying so.

What bakery was this in? I gotta get me one of those!
 
A lot of bakeries by me do photo cakes, so if you wanted you could bring a picture of Buffy in and have them make a cake out of it 🙂
 
That's what I got for my eightteenth birthday from my friends. A lovely Buffy picture cake with the season three cast photo on it. Kind of dodgy looking, but it was the best birthday cake I've ever had.

Think I'll have to request one of those again.

Further thought - do you think that bakery would do "Angel cakes" if Lorne asked them? 😀 (I'm so very sorry for that...hehehehe)
 
I'm not so sure with the entire British companies thing, but I think that "Coombs" or something like that might be a national company.

I wish I'd have a digital camera so I could have just taken a pic and uploaded it. Now I know what I want for Christmas.

I think I need to buy one of those cakes. My sister's coming for the weekend and she's as big a fan as I am. I think we need to celebrate Halloween with some Buffycake. it's not a picture of Buffy, but a cartoon picture of a blonde girl in a tanktop with a stake and a cross and in my book that makes the entire thing so much cooler. I mean the Slayer have become a legend just like Dracula. That's groovy!
