Buffy Crafts :)

I don't know why but I was just feeling a bit crafty and I don't mean being sly lol I mean I feel like making something lol 😀 Not sure what though 🙄
So I was wondering if anyone here does any Buffy related crafts?? Like make things from clay, bakes, cross stitch, buffy inspired cushions, dolls, clothing? etc etc I have a chunk of Polymer clay, maybe I could make something from that...but what??? 🙄 😀

I found this website while googling too! Looks pretty funky lol Whedoncraft, as I don't watch any other Whedon things, I'm a little confused as to what some of them are from but still pretty neat! lol 😀

Cool webside. Maybe you want to cook a Buffy-cake? With a BTVS glaze? Print/Draw your own Buffy-t-shirt? Or you could recreate/rebuilt a monster-costume and post a picture of it! What about your own cushion? That sounds cool! Make a cushion with a sleeping Buffy on it! Make one and then post a picture of it! What kind of "project" did you think of? Who's your favorite character? Make a tribute-fanmade-something. Did this help?

I was also thinking of getting some tshirt transfer paper and recreating these tshirts lol 😀

Ok guys, I have just made a Mr Pointy pendant from polymer clay and it's now in the oven! lol Will post pics when I've finished! 😀 By the way, I'm not very good at crafty things, I just enjoy doing them lol So hope your not expecting pics of amazing crafty delights!! LOL It'll probably look very childlike lol 😀

I've never made any Whedon related crafts, but those look awesome. Maybe one of these days I'll be inspired and make something.

I remember reading about a Buffy Christmas ornament swap two Christmases ago, where people made a Buffy related ornament and sent it to someone else. I really wanted to join in but didn't find out about it until it was almost Christmas. I looked for something similar this year but didnt find anything. Maybe next year!

Ok. So here's a couple of pics from the start of my Mr Pointy pendant lol I want mine to look more 'woody' if that makes sense, so I've painted it darker then it's supposed to be and currently waiting for it to dry 🙄 so no pics of the painted one yet lol

If you want to see far superior work than mine, PM me and I'll tell you about a site that has lots of it(can't link to it, it's against the rules).

I've also taken a few magazine folders and glued comic images on them.

I suggest checking out what etsy.com has. They usually have lots of nice home made Buffy collectibles.

While I've recently learned how to create a webpage from scratch using expression web 4.0(here's the best site I made http://studenter.miun.se/~cale1102/fp/), but this website was created with a free online software, extremely easy to use, and no other web hosting needed www.webs.com

Ok, so a couple more ideas lol Do you think it would be possible to make 'The Word of Valios' with polymer clay?? 🙄 Just a thought, a bit of a challenge lol 😀



Also my sister gave me this top today, the instant I saw it, the colour and material reminded me of Buffy's cheerleading top! I know mines strappy and hers is more like a jumper but still....🙄 lol So i was thinking of maybe sewing the little Sunnydale S onto it, is that weird?? 🙄 lol

I'm working on making a pattern to make this little military jacket inspired thing that Buffy is wearing here.

I couldn't find a better pic than that on-line from that issue. I just know that I want that thing, and I have a feeling that it will be a lot easier to make it than to look for it to buy. 🙂
