They certainly take part in a lot of sweaty nightly side-by-side action, this subtext could match with the previous mentioned subtext. ^_^
 
Definitely! Faith always compares slaying with sex, or rather how one leads to the other. And I think that she's right about that, Buffy just being too prudish to admit it! But seems like Buffy finally gave into it in later seasons. Perhaps she was too much of a control-freak in season 3.

I also love Buffy's reply to that quote:

i loved in the "Bad girls" commentary,they said Eliza loved pushing the sexuality between Faith and Buffy and that "no one ever remembered to stop her" haha.
 
One of my favorites is actually a Xander line. 😀

Xander: Buffy and Faith are in the library getting all *sweaty*.

Cordelia: They're training.

I always liked the scenes when Faith slightly opened up.

Whether there was ever anything else between Buffy and Faith, Faith has always wanted a friendly relationship with Buffy, it just never seems to work out. In Season 3, if the Mayor's assistant hadn't have been killed, I think that they would have become much closer FRIENDS, developing a sisterly relationship. In Season 7, once again, Faith seemed to me to be really trying to reestablish something with Buffy, but circumstances just kept fouling everything up, first when she was half heartedly flirting with Spike, then later with the "blowing off steam" thing, and finally when the whole gang mutinied against Buffy.

Even on into Season 8, it just seems that whatever Faith says or tries to do, something always fouls up, ending with another Buffy/Faith confrontation. I think Joss just likes torturing Faith.

I always wanted Buffy and Faith to become best friends. I, for some reason, wanted Buffy to be closer to Faith than she was Xander or Willow. I don't know...

I've always wanted them to become friends aswell but as white avenger said even in season 8 they seem to have drifted. I really want that to change, they would be great friends, confidants, and kick ass bomb shells!
 
Though they drifted in Season 8, and with the way Buffy treated Faith, I like that she turned down the chance to 'destroy' Buffy, even though she almost strangled her lol.
 
If it's any comfort to anybody, in my alternate universe, Buffy, Spike, Faith, and Illyria are teamed together and make one helluva bemon fighter team.
 
Both Sarah and Eliza have kissed other woman. They should have told Joss it was okay than he could have got the notion to do a Fuffy relationship :lmao:
 
hmm I dont think the character of buffy would swing that way, yeah she flirts and somewhat teases but i dont think she would go as far as a kiss (ok that isnt that far but you know what i mean). Faith probly would take whatever she could get! I doubt the actors would have had a problem with it if it had been suggested, I just dont think the characters were heading into that direction apart from their flirtatious comments and body language. Just my opinion.
 
About the only real way that I could seriously take a relationship between Buffy and Faith would be with the condition that neither one had ever felt that sort of thing for any other female, mostly the way I felt about Tara and Willow before Kennedy screwed up the whole thing. It shouldn't be a question of gay or bisexuality on either Slayer's part, it should just be a question of one person loving another.
