Do you know any sites that talks about Buffy's fashion or you can buy the things they wear on the show, I have just seen the sushi pyjamas.
I love the t-shirts that they wear that are related to demons, like the on Buffy wore on day that had a demon, the speak no evil from Willow and the I survived with the dragon from Buffy.

If anyone does know send me that way, I think some of the stuff Xander wears ain't bad (floral t-shirts aside).

Speaking of Buffy's tops, I love that one from S2 (think it was BBB) which has a little duck on that says "I need a hug". So cute.

There was this one shirt that I loved, Buffy wore it in s5 (the episode where she does that trance spell to find out what is making her mom sick) it's a shirt with a demons with horns, and actually Carrie wore the same one on SaTC.

I knew I saw the hornes top on another show.
I have just seen the audio commentary of This Year Girl by Doug Petrie, and he made fun of the fashion of the character.
At first, Willow's hat, he said, "Oh look at that hat" "I bought one myself" "That hat it's going to have his own spin off" And about Xander's sweater. "Look at that" "Poor man he's jealous of Riley because he wants to be like him, he's dating Buffy and he doens't wear a sweater like his" "That sweater is gonna guest star on the hat's spin off" So funny!!!
And the Buffy goes patrolling with very fahshioned spots jacket, and I was like "He's gonna say something about it" And he did.
"What a coat, is that a patrolling coat?"
LOL
In the ep when Faith killed the Mayor's assistan, at the end Buffy goes to talk about it wearing a blue coat, and in the audio the writer made fun of it saying she looked like Jacky O.

I love how many the characters dress but it's not many of their clothes I'd ever wear. Faith, Willow, Anya and Buffy all dress in wonderful (though quite different) ways.. But I doubt I would dress like they do (except for that jacket Willow has in the end of season 6, ah, I'd so love that one.. and maybe except for some Faith-clothes). I realized quite recently that Tara's clothes are quite strange. I always thought she dressed a bit like Willow but.. I'm really not sure what's up with her clothes in season 4.. eh.

Re:

I so loved the red shirt Buffy wore in "Crush" when she walked into the kitchen to see Spike conversating with moms and lil sis. That was Fab-O. Also dug the white T-shirt she sported in "Wrecked" that had a red glittery skull with horns on it. :glitter: But I would so wear Willows wardrobe from S6. She had some awesome attire that season.... :cheerlead

I love about everthing that Buffy wears.

(with the exception of a few weird skirts near the end of season seven. Not too sure about those.)

Oh, and I think a few of Anyas outfits from S7 were cutsey!

The show stylist sometimes shopped at Fred Segal. I've wondered this too so starting tomorrow I shall build a BtVS and Angel fashion website. probably.

I loved most of Cordy's clothes (with the exception of her maternity duds in S4). My faves are the leather number in The Wish and her green dress in Homecoming. I'm sure there's more though.

I read an article in a magazine I had back in 1999 or therabouts where the fashion co-ordinator was doing alot of shopping for the Scoobies at small vintage shops in LA. they named them too, but I just can't remember.

They would shop at the two extremes though, funky vintage stores that were accessible to anyone, and high-end designers that were not so accessible.

I love almost all the clothes they wear on Buffy, and that's actually how I shop for clothes, lol.I try and see if I could picture it on a Buffy character, and if I can,I'll buy it!lol.

I absolutely adore Buffy's outfits in OMWF,especially the ones she wears when they sing "I've Got A Theory" an d when they do "life's A Show".I kinda have a red shirt type sweater thing like her top,and whenever I watch that ep i go and throw the sweater on(no joke, lmao). :jumping40

I think that most of the clothes in general are great! If I had a chance to pick some things from the Buffy "closet" it wouldn't be hard.

Likes: pretty much all of season four, five and six.

Dislikes: season seven... and some of the more skanky outfits that can be found in season one/first half of season two

Actually, I'm not at home now, but when I get back there, The Watcher's Guide Vol. 1 has a listing of where the stylist shopped for each of the stars clothes...

I think that if you watch season 3 extras... Cynthia Bergstrom talks alot about where she got all of the clothes.

I remember her saying Betsy Johnson.

Also, I watched Style Star on E! and they had SMG on, and she was talking about how they used BCBG for the show also.

Hey guys,

I've been thinking alot about Buffy fashion, and I think mahybe on this thread we should make a sort of "Fashion guide" for the characters(in other words, like a guide as to what they'd usually wear).I dunno, just thought it'd be neat. :happy07:

For example:
Buffy: Usually darker colors(for slaying),lots of turtlenecks or long sleeves, occasionally a t-shirt or two.Jeans or pants,a skirt every once in awhile.

Get me?If not,then I'll just be quiet,lol... :freak:

Cool.

Willow, at first long sweaters and jeans, and in the pilot the lovely black dress that was even too conservative for WB.
Then it came the funny tshirts, and the colourful complements.
