Buffy House on Supernatural?

I don't know how many people watch Supernatural or have the seasons but i noticed something. In the episode "Bedtime Stories", where Dean is fighting the big bad wolf guy, the interior of the house looks exactly like the Summers house. It is different furniture of course, but the structure of the house is exactly the same. I know Supernatural is filmed in Vancouver, but it is on the CW which is UPN and the WB combined. So maybe they used the same set. I know Kripke (Supernatural creator) is a Buffy fan so maybe he did it on purpose. I could be wrong. So if anyone has Season 3 of Supernatural find that episode and see what you think. If you agree or disagree please post your opinion here. Thanks!!!
