Buffy in Beverly Hills?

I wasn't a die-hard 90210/Melrose fan, but I really think Buffy went to high school at Beverly Hills High (or whatever it was called on 90210), and I think that Giles (at least in season 4) lives on Melrose Place. Am I right?

yes, you're right about the school. It's the same outside that they used in 90210.

Not sure about Giles apartment though

uh-huh..It was a brief, uncredited role, but she's sitting at one of the lunch tables when Laney's little brother asks her if she wants pepper on her pizza...she doesn't say a word, but looks away, annoyed.

Oh and I was a die-hard Melrose Fan *ducks* and I am pretty sure that Giles' apartment wasn't a Melrose apartment. Very similar styling though.

I've seen every single Melrose Place episode at least twice and Giles's building was the Melrose Place building, for sure ! If you look carefully, you can catch the 4616 sign on the front wall of the building. This is a REAL building and its real number. The building court and Giles's apartment however were studio decors, just like the apartments on Melrose Place were really all studio decors.
