ILLYRIAN
Druish Pervonian Wizard
My thanks to those who gave permission for Fan Fiction of the slayer to continue.
This piece of Fan Fiction was based from the films; First Signal and U.F.O. and from the television series of Roswell and last but not forgetting Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
I realize this may be a totally different subject than what you are used to on here, so, do you wish for me (or others) to try and reproduce more tales of aliens?
Buffy is Looking to the Night Sky
The diminutive blonde girl wandered into the forest by herself she was not afraid of anything that appeared amongst the trees. She was not hindered by shadows of creatures nor beings that might appear around her or were attracted to the presence of a pretty young girl, such as she was.
Though not attracted by the darkness, or the vaguely pleasant warbling sounds that she heard, they seemed to be sending messages to other members of its family. Passing amongst the trees she found herself amongst the buildings of the school she would be attending.
Wandering to the front of the school she saw two others on the bench seats by the lawn though neither of them seemed bothered by her. The girls faced each other before they faced Buffy. “Odd, I feel nothing about her,” said Amy.
“You think that is odd, I cannot see much of an aura around her, not much at all,” said Willow. The girl looked to Willow then to Amy.
“Yes I see the both of you, you both seem real unlike those I saw in the woods,” said Buffy.
Willow nodded to her, “You are lucky that you saw them at all, most folk around here hear the twigs being broken behind them but they never see any figure moving through the darkness. They are so accustomed to wandering through the dark,” said Willow.
"My name is Buffy Ann Summers, most people call me Ann as that is one of my names that they know but I prefer my friends to now me as Buffy, no one else has got that name plus I do like knowing when a person is trying to speak to me,” said Buffy.
“I haven’t seen you before Buffy what do you do here?” asked Amy.
“Nothing, my mother had merely opened a shop in town after I was booted from school, I was wrongly accused me of doing stuff but I’m just a girl so no one believes me,” said Buffy.
“Then you’ll be at home here Buffy, the idiots in charge here are the same as you once faced, if they could I’m sure they would want to burn me, soon though I’ll be able to alter what they are thinking,” said Amy. Buffy glanced at Amy.
“It must be nice to be considered as one of them, I would like to be a witch though I am interested in what might lie on the worlds beyond this one, the prospect of life on other worlds does appeal to me not that I can say that to many folk, not many think alien life is real,
so you and the new librarian should get on well together, he has just been transferred to the school from England where he was a lecturer of Astronomy at a university in London, he has some wonderful books, and his books have some wonderful photographs,” said Willow.
“If you want we can go back to my place. I have a room that Willow and I use for experiments,” Amy looked to Willow, “Sorry I meant magic.” Willow looked at Buffy,
“The librarian was recently sent here from Britain surely he must know of the history of the witches here,” said Willow.
“I didn’t,” said Buffy.
“There is a large history of witches in Europe and especially in Britain, just note all the stone circles and Druids,” said Amy.
The trio wandered into the school then went into the library. In the library Willow felt happy, she grinned to Buffy.
“Have you been here before?” asked Willow. Buffy grinned at Willow,
“Yes, I was at the school last night but not in the library,” said Buffy.
Buffy looked at a globe on the library counter, she turned it about until Sunnydale was at its forefront.
“No craft was spotted here or anywhere on the world at that time,” said Buffy.
Mr. R. Giles turned about, he smiled at his library then faced Amy,
“That is the aliens craft that she means isn’t it?”
“Her craft, yours or our craft all mean the same to each of us,” stated Buffy,
Mr. Giles grinned, “In 1974 Frank Drake, Carl Sagan and several other scientists sent the Arecibo message into space. It contained basic math and other info intended to establish contact with other life in the universe,”
“Where did they send it?” asked Buffy.
“They aimed it at the star cluster M13 and the whole world waited for a response,” said Giles.
“The only way earth would get a response would be if the aliens came to us,” said Buffy.
“You are beginning to understand how important the aliens could be, far more important than is there a God, where do we go when we die, but the most important question that you are asking is, are we or they, any of us alone in the universe,” said Giles.
“Know this, the last time they came here they repeated the Arecibo message to us,” said Giles.
“As I see our message is true,” said Amy.
“I now know what that means, it means none of us are alone in the universe,” said Buffy.
