Buffy Marathon on Pivot this Weekend

Cultural question here: We don't get tv series marathon in France or Switzerland on the national days... Do people in the US binge watch shows for the 4th of July in between celebrations ?
 
Well, holidays are a time when most people are off work so a lot of the channels put on marathons - they often don't put on new shows because so many people are out doing family things, but they want to draw in people who are at home watching tv to something "special". Usually every holiday there is a Band of Brothers marathon (not that I'm complaining). 🙂
