Buffy Might Come Back

Joss is thinking that in a few years he will bring Buffy back.But they arent positive they are thinking about it....and im guessing if they decide to do it,it will be in Cleveland...(obviously)
 
well I think he probably will and since we will see what the scoobie gang is up to next yr probably on Angel if any of them guest star and then the others mustnt be far away
 
I read somewhere that he still hasnt striked out the "movie" option of his list

it was said that he didnt say NO to the idea and that hes been considering it alot since the show is ended....
but if ever there is a buffy movie

its not for now kids!
 
I would rather see Buffy: The Movie than season 8. Buffy is done and burried on TV. Finish it off with a big movie (with Angel cast members too).
 
I agree..a movie would be the best way to go. And I think she should come back for guest spots on Angel...y'know..if Spike is on there..she can clear it up that the whole "I love you" think was NOT a lie. so yeah..I wanted to poke him in the eye for thinking that she would just say she loves him...
 
he doesnt get it, he thinks she doesnt love her just because he knows that she still loves angel.........

even if she does love angel, doesnt mean she cant love him as well.... poor spike 🙁
 
Joss was very smart in Chosen. Buffy told Spike she loved him. But when he said she was lying she just staired at him. Wouldn't she have said somthing like "no I do love you" if she ment it? People will see this two ways:

1. Buffy proclaimes love for Spike.

2. Buffy said that to make him feel better because he was gonna die.
 
i believe buff does have feelings for spike.....
maybe not LOVE love but its some kind of love......

I think the only possible way for Buffy to come back is in a movie. Joss said he wouldn't do Buffy without SMG, and from what I have read, SMG is through with telivison. She also doesn't seem to interested in doing the Buffy thing either. It's all a matter of timing. It's like, if she doesn't have anything better to do, she might guest star on Angel. It would probably be the same for a movie. Of course, she would have to have a lot of free time (no movie offers) for a while to complete filming an entire Buffy movie. I'd love to see her do Buffy again in a movie, but that would probably mean I'd have to root for her to fail in the movie business.

oh yeah, definitely...

it would be nice for when Angel ends (probably a year or so) they could have just one final together fight... in a movie!

We could have every plot line extinguished and resolved. I would be so happy.

I agree, a movie would be way better. Just think, Joss would get a whole 2+ hours to tell a story, and a big movie budget for great effects, etc.! Plus, shooting a movie takes a lot less time than shooting 22 eps/year of a TV show, so I bet more of the cast would be willing to do it.
 
The big problem with coming back for a season 8 is that they already said that the series was over. That would just be a little weird if they all the sudden said, "ok we lied...one more".

i agree. they already jerked us around after s5. how many times can one air a "series finale"? i think a movie might be the best way to go, as an epilogue.

but i still cant shake the idea of doing a bunch of miscelaneus eps based on fan ideas, like the one someone had about everybody switching bodies.

mainly though, i'd like to see something based on the ramifications of changing the way slayers are chosen now. someone else brought that up too, there are bound to be more rogue slayers with a superiority complex. and now potentials will have the power form birth? couldnt that mean some potentialy fatal fights involving slayers beating up normal kids in pre school and junior high school? lol

i think a movie would be the best way to show that, rather than dragging out a whole season.
 
no the spell that willow did only activated SITs born any other SIT born after that spell will be regular they wouldnt turn into a slayer but some new young slayers probably wouldnt do thta I think
 
yeah did anyone see what he did w/ the sucky original buffy movie? not looking forward to that!

I'd much rather have a whole season of eps
