I have read many things about a buffy movie... Does anyone know for sure weather or not there is going to be one. I don;t see why they wouldn't make one. At least do it for the fans....

yeah, but don't forgot, hon, that James gave himself five years after the end of Angel to return to the role. after that he said he'd be too old. i mean, he is in his mid-forties.
so, unless Joss is, at this very moment, working on a script, or working on finding people who he thinks should write the script, i'd just stick with the BTVS season 8 comics, and pray that they do an ATS season 6.

As much as all of us would love to see any kind of continuation of the series, either on tv or movie, the best we're apt to get anytime soon is the comic book format currently i production. I would be surprised, however, if we don't get some sort of sequel program, a sort of "Buffy, The Next Generation," especially if interest in the comic books indicate that there would be a market for such a thing. Remember, Whedon is an artist, but he is also a man working for a living. If he can reconcile art and salary while having either enough time to spend on the project himself or having someone he could trust to run the day to day details while he retains artistic control, the world of Slayers and Vampires may rise again. We can all hope so, anyhow.
