Buffy Names for Children

lol, I used to have a friend named Faith, and her sister was named Destany. I always liked those names, but I don't know if I'd name my kids after them, depends how creative I get, I don't want my kids to have an everyday name, like myself. I like originality
 
Yeah, I have loved the name Ash for many years. I heard it in a Movie and fell in love with it. My hubby and I were talking a few years ago when we first got together and we said that if we ever had a boy that Ashton would be a good name. It was supposed to be Ashton Cole but if you put it as Ash Cole it sounds a bit like @ss-ho!e. So, he is Ashton Scott. 🙂 Ash is just a great name.
 
Hmmmm....Well I would name my son Angel, but i wouldnt want people making fun of him...Like...Hey...Ill name him Angelus...Lol...But thats pretty far into the future...
 
Lots of people seem to like the name Cordelia hehe. I love that name too. For a girl's name, I'd choose Cordelia. For a boy's name, I'd choose Wesley.

Nope, I haven't heard of someone named Buffy besides in the show. Maybe that's why they chose it? ('Cause it's unique)
 
When I was younger and going through the stage of 'naming my kids' I wanted to call my little girl Angel. But that was of course before the show. Can't picture me as a mother - or a wife.

hahahah...vamp's prey...my russian step sister is named anjanka...its falkin weird...cause she looks like cameron diaz at age 14....but a little shorter...lol..she's such a ditz...
 
I don't have any children but I wanted to name my cat Buffy. Does that count? 😀

After 3 days I found out that the cute little kitten was not a she and changed the name to Spikey 😀
 
I'd call my daughter Dru but not Druscilla!!!! Dru's a lovely name! Kendra's also an unusual name it sounds quite girly too! harmony, tara and sunday are also good names
What about zachary for a boy? (after the loopy vamp in helpless) it would definetly be Zack for short though, but then again im having horrid thoughts of the power rangers......

I think that would be kind of cruel...especially if you're an American, b/c then it's even less common. Rupert is an ok name when you are older, but as a little kid I think you would get teased a lot!


I really like the name Anya (but that may be b/c Emma Caulfield and I have the same name!!)

I'm not sure if I would name my kids after the show... but you never know.

I would love to have a daughter and name her Willow, but people might think i'm a little strange....
 
even thogh Buffy is a nice name, i think people would tease me if i called my kid that... but cordelia is nice...(i have an aunt whos name is Anja...) i really like that name, i like faith to.

dawn is also nice... reminds me of the babysitters club! *LOL*

My hubby and I have finally agreed on a girl's name. (whew). The boy's name is where the gloves come off.

He wants to name him Wellan. Sounds okay right? Well our last name is DOWD.

Say it with me....Wellan Dowd.

SOOO not gonna happen!

Personally, I love the name Charisma, but it was a no go. 🙁
 
My cousin named her son Rupert.........totally NOT Buffy related naming though, she has never watched Buffy. They call him Rup for short.

Anya for a girl.
Not sure if there is a name I like for a boy.........Alexander but he would probably get called Alex rather than Xander.

Rayne - I love the name Ashton - Ash for short. Really good name.
 
If i have i daughter i want to call her Dawn (or Cherry or Daisy which are gorgous names)......id also consider Charisma, like Charisma Carpenter. Although i wouldnt have the guts to tell anyone that i named them after Buffy.
