Yes, I bought one and still seem to have the figures in my box of random stuff. What I can't find is the background (which you can just see in the picture) which seems from your link to be what has the copyright date on it.

What might help date it is that at the same time I bought a similar Futurama set which I no longer have- and I think Futurama had only been out a year or so at the time.
