Buffy relationships

Hi everyone at BB I'm at school so my dad don't know but I just wanted to say that even though everyone said that angel and buffy should go together I think that buffy and spike are stating to look like a very cute couple what do you think?
 
Bangel shipper all the way.
I actually like Spike alot though. I think he's every bit as cool, if not cooler than Angel, it's just that his relationship with Buffy seems to weaken him, and make him less of a man, and that's something I don't like to see.

I'd like to see Spike hook up with someone that brings out his character instead of stifling it. Hmm.. Spaith shipping is definately a possibility. Come to think of it, if he moves to Angel (the show I mean- not implying I'm a Spangel Shipper lol), it might be interesting to see him with Fred. Spike and Fred would probably be so good for each other - he'd give her the freedom and vitality she needs to shine, and at the same time I can see her being very good for him as well. Spike has always needed women who need him, and I can see that neediness in Fred. The more I think of it, the better I like the idea of Sped (or Frike?) shipping.
 
Total Spuffy shipper right here!!! Ive loved the idea of Spuffy since Something Blue. I do think that they make a very good couple, and their chemistry is great!!
 
Fred and Spike?

Nope, don't think so. The idea of Fred and Spike together doesn't do anything for me in the least. But that's just me.

The Buffy/Angel relationship was a little tortured and dark. Too angst ridden for my tastes. The pining and the "we're in love but can't really be together" bit just started to wear on me.

The Buffy/Spike relationship was a wee bit abusive. Too sadomasochistic for my tastes. I mean, Spike was stalking Buffy, he even tried to rape her. He may have a soul now, but the only way that could excuse his actions is if it makes him a different man. If it does that, then for all intents and purposes Buffy and Spike just met (a little soon for true love wouldn't you say?)

The Buffy/Riley relationship was more to my liking. It had warmth and compassion and was actually capable of going somewhere. Too bad Riley totally sucked. If I didn't hate the character so much I'd be in favour of them, but I hate him so I'm glad this relationship is over too.

The only relationships I've ever really liked on the show were Giles and Jenny, Xander and Anya, and Willow and Oz. Willow and Tara might have had a shot at me liking them together... but Tara, unfortuneately, was no Oz. Seth Green just comes off so well on screen, he's a tough act to follow. Doesn't that just suck, all my favorite relationships are over.

P.S. - Die Kennedy! Die! Tara was no Oz, and Kennedy is no Tara!
 
Relationships I liked:

Willow and Tara: Awwwwwwwww, the cutest couple ever

Buffy and Riley: He was the only man who was actually good for Buffy, until... ya know, the whole 'vampire suckfest' thing.

Giles and Jenny: Awww, Giles had a girlfriend! *giggles like a schoolgirl*

Giles and Joyce: they were so cute togetehr in Band Candy, lol.

Xander and Cordelia: Even though they pretty much hated eachother, I loved their chemistry and really wanted them to stay together, but alas, no.


Relationships I hated:

Buffy and Spike: How on earth the writers came up with this concept, I don't know. Completely and utterly unthinkable, Buffy would never in a million years have lowered herself to sleeping with Spike, even if she was in a state of depression.

Any other relationships I haven't mentioned under either title, I'm not too bothered about. 🙂
 
I'm defintely more on the side of Buffy and Angel than Buffy and Spike. I think Buffy and Angel's relationship seemed more about love than sex it kind of went from developing love then having sex but I think that in the Spuffy relationship it went the other way, Spike was obessed with the slayer, presumed it was love and just wanted sex until love developed. I just think angel seems more like the perfect match for Buffy and Spike is just too soppy for my liking now. Personal opinion though. Personally I liked Willow and Oz better, they were just so sweet.
 
Buffy and Angel...Been a B/Aer since Season 1...and will be till the end! B/A 4Eva!and also rocks!..lol
