Still Friends After "Buffy"?

When I hear about "reunions" like this and on "Supernatural," I wonder: How many of the BtVS and Angel actors are/were friends in real life? I wonder, do they ever get together and talk about the shows after doing shoots or whatever for things like "American Dad"?

Well, I know that Alyson and Sarah were good friends when Buffy still aired, but I don't quite know how their friendship developed after the show had ended.
This is pretty much the first time I see them together again since 2003 or so.

On twitter, Charisma said that she went out shopping with Mercedes McNab(Harmony). She mentioned that their friends. So Charisma Carpenter and Mercedes McNab are friends.

This is pretty cool. American Dad! has been consistently better than Family Guy and The Simpsons for a long time now, and I've loved seeing SMG on TV again with Ringer, but it'll be great to see them doing something fun together again.
