Why is there so much discussion about the Batsu relationship and how Buffy was taking advantage of someone who was in love with her, and yet there is never any mention of Cordy doing exactly the same thing with Groo?

I think the reason for that is that Cordy thought she was in love with Groo, or at least could see herself falling in love with him.
Buffy made it clear to Satsu that she wasn't in love with her, and didn't want a relationship, yet slept with her anyway.
