Buffy season 5 DVD comes out soon!

I am so excited about this season on DVD, it's my favorite. I hope the special features are a little better. I've been disapointed that there hasn't been more on the previous season's DVDs.
 
I can't wait till season five comes out either because it's my favorite season but also I don't like it because Buffy's mom dies.
 
Yay! My favorite season, too bad it doesnt come out after Christmas so I could buy it with my gift money. Or I'll ask for it for Christmas!!
 
Finally! I've never seen the episode with Joyces funeral.
I have every episode on tape but that one.
 
Hasen't season 5 already come out? or did you post this a long time ago? Cause I was just watching the DVD with "the gift" which if I'm not mistakened is in season 5.
 
England gets the DVDs before us Americans, so maybe Australians do too.
 
I believe it's already out in the UK. They are just getting ready to get Season 7, I believe. I'm not 100 Percent though.
 
I'm a bad girl. I already have season 5 and 6 dvd's and I live in the U.S. How did I get them? There was a auction on ebay that said that they were preview dvd's. You know the dvd's that they make before they start copying them? Anyhoo, I bought them but when I received them they were Region 4 dvd's that had the region code changed. I have a Region 1 dvd player and they play fine in my dvd player. They are the real deal too. I was deceived a little, but I don't have to worry about waiting for the release of season 5 and 6 dvd's in the U.S. I just have to wait for the season 7 dvd's!! hehe🙄 😀
 
England is so lucky!! I wish that they would put out tv shows on dvd that fast in the U.S. They want to make us suffer!! hehe😀 😀
 
I live in England and I got a lot of money lately so I may splash out on S6 DVD but I think im gonna wait and get the R1 DVDs otherwise as theyre cheaper.
 
Any rough ideas when S7 will hit the UK shores?

Don't shoot the messenger here, but I HEARD (I PRAY IT'S NOT TRUE) that Buffy Season 5 will be delayed, until like after Christmas.

I was really looking forward to getting this before xmas, I DO have it on VCD, but I totally want the DVD.

Well, the buffy dvd's have been pretty regular so im guessing,

s5 - December
s6 - June 04
s7 - December 04

I don't know about angel, they haven't been as regular as the buffy ones are so..

I do know that s6 is now in syndication where I live. There is a broadcast channel that has s6 epis running.
 
Just wanted to resurrect this thread to remind everyone that Buffy S5 (region 1) is out TODAY!!!! YEEEEE! 😀 It's my fave season so I'm super excited.
 
I'll probably end up getting it this weekend. It's damn expensive, though ...
 
You can get it for under $40 at amazon.com; Best Buy and Newbury Comics also have really good prices.
