I just bought Series 7 and was pretty miffed when the final listed episode "Showtime" was replaced with the next episode "Potential", which, before I realised what had happened, told me exactly what had happened on the episode I missed. And it looked a good one.
It doesn't seem possible that this could have been a one off, what with the way these things are mass produced. Has anyone else had this problem? Do the distributers have a policy on this? Is the shop going to object to me seeking a refund as there's nothing technically wrong with the video?

yes, this is a problem with, im guessing, ALL the buffy season 7 pt.1 box sets. as other people are getting the same problem as you from this site. there is a topic around here somewhere which is about this problem.
