Buffy Season 8 onwards in non-comic form?

Is there a place that has series 8 onwards written in narrative form or even just summaries similar to episode summaries? i really don't like reading comics, and I've tried reading the Buffy ones but can't do it. But I still want to follow the story.

Hmm, I'm trying to think if those are published anywhere other than single issues. They're not even included in the trade paperbacks. I get a little tired of the letters personally- just a lot of whining about what they're doing and how they should've done X, blah, blah. We've had some good discussions here on BB & most of the discussion threads in the seasons 8 & 9 sub forums include summaries.

Oh, if you do decide to give the comics a try, I would recommend the public library- that's where I first started reading before I decided I wanted to buy them.

Thank you vision girl 🙂 I have tried reading the comics, I just can't get into them. But I'm still curious about how the story has developped which is why I was asking about the summaries. Thanks for the reply about the letters too. I will check out the season 8 and 9 discussion forums - good idea!

There's a recap thread in the Season 8 part of the forum, not sure if it's the whole season but I know most of it is there.
