Buffy/Spike Spoiler, Well Kinda...

They are just sooooooo cute together! In my opinion, a much better couple than Buffy and Angel *don't hit me*
A slayer/vampire relationship IS perfect, in this case, lol. To me, it means so much more that Spike has no soul, and, choses (i believe) to do good (he doesn't HAVE to help the scoobies), over the fact that Angel is only 'good' when he has his soul.
 
They are going to get together because why would they go so far and it NOT happen?

I dont see how a vampire/slayer relationship in general is perfect. In fact, while i ::heart:: the spike/buffy thing going on, its exactly the oppostie of perfect! Thats why buffy is trying to hide it!

Spikes_Lil_Buffy, Spike is not good and is not really choosing to be good, hes just trying to help buffy and to keep her. If he was good, then his whole attraction, mostly, would be gone. I cant decide between angel/buffy and spike/buffy. I think angel/buffy better coz they are soulmates. With spike and buffy, there is a sizzling chemistry but no long-lasting love (at the moment). Well, spike might think the opposite! Lol.

Cole, thats definetly a different opinion. Why do you think all that?
I dont belive Anya and Spike would make a good couple (not really fit together) or xander and buffy (have a perfect friendship).

i just read that when spike goes to africa, he tries to get his soul from this african demon, but he has to do something for it or something...
this show just keeps getting crazier, but i still luv it
 
Now see, i read that he goes to africa to get this Demon to take the chip out, and that it was going to be VERY risky. I like the soul idea better. where did you hear that from iluvspike?

Yes, i agree! the show does keep getting crazier and crazier but it is still my fav - i (L) buffy even through the weirdness!

Like leeloohb, i heard he was going to get the chip out - or at least try and that it was indeed going to be very dangerous!? But i, again like her, like your story better!

What raping thing?! 😕 - sounds depressing, but hey, what else is new in buffy! Lol 😉

and i think that the soul thing is way better too. if they make him get the chip out, then there's only two possible story lines right? like either he goes back to being bad or he tries to prove to her that he can change and be good WITHOUT the chip. he can bite her now and kill her if he wanted to but he hasn't so the chip thing is lame but.......
if he goes there to get his soul, it will just prove how much he loves buffy and wutnot and then they'll have to get back together (next season), cuz she won't be able to use that "evil blood sucking fiend" excuse she's been using (omg i was just thinking, say he does get his soul back....will he be nerdy like he was before and maybe they'll let him have his normal hair color to go wit the good spike or shall i say, william character)

I was just thinking about that nerdy possibility, but I doubt it will happen, he has changed to much over his 200 + years! But what does worry me about the soul idea is, will he still be as useful to the Buffy Gang? He wont have super strength anymore, right?

NO ! ! ! Angel has a soul but he kicks major demon ass! Its only if he was to be mortal that he would be weak but if hes a vampire with a soul, like our dear beloved angel, then he still has all the vampire strength!
I agree that he wont go back to being nerdy, his naughty attitude is not necessarily all being-a-vampire-realated! 😉

I hope he gets a soul but maybe they wont want that since its a copy of the whole angel-situation again. I mean if buffy and spike slept together when he had a soul, would we be left with the whole one-true-moment-of-happiness = losing soul thing again? Coz that was so a few seasons ago! Lol 😉
 
Buffy is destined to end up alone. Whenever the writers see that Buffy is being even a little happy with her love-life, they screw it up for her. So don't hold your breath for Buffy and Spike.

I'm not saying Buffy shouldn't be happy. I would love her to be happy, but it never happens.

Not only is buffy the character never happen, but neither is the show in general!

But to be fair to the writers and to maybe disagree a bit, the thing with buffy and spike was obviously never going to work out from the beginning!

As far as i can see, the only time i see buffy being allowed to be happy with her life, is when the show ends for good (i hate saying that - its my worst nightmare, but it will have to happen sometime . . .)! Coz they couldnt have the nerve to end it all ( ::crying:: ) with sadness . . . or would they?!

I hope the very end of buffy and angel sees them together with everyone in perfect happiness - they could be together like they were in the Angel episode "I Will Remember You" except, it would stay all happy and no-one would be told they would die or the world would end! 😉 That was such a sad episode . . . ::crying2: . . .

. . . Anyway, after all that babbling, i hope you see my point! Lol 😀

Well if they use that same spell that was used on Angel on Spike, thenone perfect moment of happines would take the spell away. But if giving Spike his soul back means he becomes all quiet and miserable like Angel was, I don't want that to happen. I want Spike to be cocky, arrogant, and rude, like he is now!! But I want him to stay good!
 
about the soul idea again....
it wouldn't be the same as angel cuz angel was *cursed* (meaning he couldn't have one true moment of happiness)
with spike...he supposedly has to take on some challenges to get whatever it is he wants (in AFrica---soul most probably) but there's no curse involved so he'll be able to have as many moments of happiness as he wants
