Buffy the video game

I know that there was Buffy the vampire slayer and Buffy the vampire slayer: chaos bleeds, But I think there should be a third. One thats much more open-ended, where you can just roam around Sunnydale and patrol. Anyone with me?
 
Maybe if it was similar-ish to chosen, you could roam round everywhere as everyone had left town, and would have to stop the first or some other big bad maybe, using the scoobie gangs help.
They could do it so that it's similar to near the end of the ep chosen - part of the game could be where buffys running and jumping over the tops of all the buildings and other obstacles to try and outrun the earthquake. That'd be pretty cool.
I've only heard of Chaos Bleeds though, not the first one. Is it still available?
 
Im sure it is still available. I think the first was better than chaos bleeds, you should check it out.
 
I think that the Buffy games have had enough, I think there should be an Angel one, set in s3, where you can play as Angel, Gunn, Wes and Cordy but Fred and Lorne are just in it, because they aren't good fighters anyway. But you should be able to go out into the city and find people to help, while also accepting missions from Angel Investigations clients, but there should be a big bad that gets lead up to who you fight at the end. AND you drive Angel's car...
 
I never played the first game, i've played Choas bleeds and love it. I agree there should be an Angel game. As well as another Buffy one. I like Eunsoma's idea but i think you should be able to play all the characters, and maybe instead of s3 be set in season 5. With Illyria, Gunn,Wesley, Angel, Nina, Spike, Lorne, and Connor
 
Sounds great!!! If a Buffy game is made it should be around S6!!! Buffy being brouht back you digging out the grave, roaming and fighting the biker demons!!!! With Anya, Tara, Willow, Spike, Dawn, Buffy, as playable characters!!!!! Oh and Buffy Bot!!!
 
If there was another Buffy game, I would think it's set in season 7. And an Angel game sounds great. If they make one, I hope it's like the first Buffy game. I doubt they'll make one anytime soon.
 
I think they should though in fact i think i remember a thread about them discussing designing an Angel game... Maybe they are already working on it?
 
I heard a rumour a while ago about a new game, for xbox only about spike turning evil (meaning able to hurt humans) due to a problem with his chip. I think it was meant to be a 'missibng episode' like chaos bleeds. but I think its aload of bull. I've found aload of false rumours about buffy/angel video games that I got my hopes up but never happened.

I think we probably won't get any more games unless theres a movie and they try to mass market it by making a game of the movie and stuff.
 
The video games are great. I have the first on for X-box, and I've played Chaos Bleeds. I must say that the first one is 100 times better.

And yes, you can still buy it. Not new, but used, try e-bay.

I don't think there will be any more games. It would be cool, but highly unlikely. It would be nice to either roam around Sunnydale, or kind of have a role-play about what happened after "Chosen"
 
I played a Buffy game once, it was god-awful. I can't remember what it was called, I played it on a ps2. When you completed levels and stuff, it unlocked interviews with some of the cast... The interviews were more interesting than the game..
 
they should make a new buffy game for playstation 3 have it from season 7 they could definatly make a game from that.....all those super vamps, the first....totaly.... and on ps3 graphics......now that would be wow 🙂

That would be Chaos Bleeds. The first which was exclusive to XBOX was way better.
 
I don't play games all the time but I did play this one.

I love the first game it was great. The story line was fine and the game was a challenge but not impossible.

The second chaos bleeds was so annoying. The Xbox crew changed designers and programmers so all the buttons were differnt and it was difficult to move around in the game to me. It always seemed choppy.

I hated fighting Adam as Spike. It was so damn hard running away from him. Also one thing I loved about the other game was there were puzzles to solve and villains in the room right but once you cleared the room the villains were gone the second game didn't do that. I hate fighting the same vamps over and over again because I had to get a piece of the puzzle.

I would love a third game that got it right leading up to the season finally. An angel game would be nice to.
