Buffy UK fans buying 7.1 box sets

Hi there everyone,

I just wanted to let the UK fans know about the recently released Buffy 7.01 box sets. I bought it on the day it was released but have only just got to sit and watch it through to the last tape. I was VERY upset to see that though the episode Showtime was advertised on the box they have actually cut it out and only show a small trailer of what happened in the episode. Instead they have the episode Potential (which is not advertised on the box) in full. As I have bought all of the other seasons on Video or DVD, I feel like I have been ripped off. I guess that's one way of forcing you go out and get the DVD when it's released, missing out one episode. I am extremely angry because I taped over the episodes I had taped on sky one when I bought the box set. I would like to complaine to Fox, but I'm not sure of the correct address to send my complaint to. If anyone does know it would be great if they could let me know.

Hi Scottie, there's a thread about the boxset in season seven in the UK and it's called problem with s7 1 boxset. If you've not read this then it says that they will rectify this error by placing both episodes 11 and 12 at the start of the first cassette. They offer the customers the oppurtunity to exchange the wrongly configured 3rd cassette, for the correct one. To do this, the 3rd cassette (not the whole boxset) should be sent to the following freepost address with full name and address details. The correct replacement will be sent out within 14 days of receipt of the original to the address provided.
