Came across this poll that's ending on Wednesday. But only click if you think Buffy is better then Batman 😉
Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else.. couldn't find it.

Buffy v Batman
 
So Buffy´s in the lead. I´m not complaining, but the difference is bigger than I thought. Or to be more precis, I thought Batman would win.
 
wow I'm somewhat surprised at the ratings, I mean, I think that Buffy could kick some butt, but I didn't think that most of the population thought that way...
 
Buffy does have superpowers tho and batman doesnt(unless u count super rich as a power)

True, Batman ha no super powers, but he has a wide assortment of very clever weapons and body armor that will stop even high velocity bullets (I'm talking about MOVIE Batman here, I haven't read the comics in decades). Buffy would be pressed a lot harder to even injure him than any demon or vampire she's ever faced. It's not really a good match up. There was a "Buffy vs Vampirella" one a year or so that was better (Buffy won that one, too.)

Now, Illyria vs Wonder Woman...I'd buy tickets to see that one!
 
I actually Love Batman but Buffy is a better superhero because shes more intune with peopl.

Batman is Schizophrenic and will kill Humans but i love his darkness x

Buffy would when she has superstrength x

As much as I love Miss Summers, there is no way that she can take the dark night.

The batman has forgotten more about martial arts then Buffy ever listened to Giles to learn. hehe

Not to mention all his gadgets, Buffy was downed by a cattle prod and bat's items are a tad more high tech.

Buffy would defo do some damage if she hit Bruce but him wins in theory, although Buffy has a habit of winning.

Batman doesn't have superpowers true, but Batman has defeated people that have more powers than Buffy herself even has, but I'd still vote Buffy only because I love her, but I don't know I think Batman would win, because it's not always strength that wins a battle and Batman is basically a genius, which Buffy isn't

I'm not sure, but I believe that the contest was supposed to be a stand up, face to face, bare hands fight, no weapons involved, so bat gadgets, stakes, swords, and crossbows wouldn't enter into it. You do have a valid point, however, about Batman's classic martial arts training. Buffy is, by comparison, basically a street fighter, fast and powerful, but used to opponents who try to match her own strength and speed. Martial arts like judo, jujitsu, and aikido utilize the stronger opponent's superior strength, channeling it away from the defender and back into the attacker himself. Batman would be at least able to hold his own, dragging the fight out so that superior endurance might be the deciding factor instead of greater strength. That would give him at a slight chance, and if he could land a lucky punch, he might walk away just beaten to crap. But ultimately the winner? Very unlikely. But not totally out of the question.

How many times has she stopped the Joker or saved Gotham City from a band of vigalante ninjas?
I think it's obvious that Buffy would win easily, because she is trained, as well as you know.. super powers.
But to me I voted on which character I enjoyed the most.. kinda girly hey 😉 Poll should close soon.

Batman is trained too, perhaps more so than Buffy as he is a martial arts master, Buffy is just good in martial arts but she's nobody's master. Also Batman has defeated people with twice the strength of Buffy and lets not forget that Batman has genius level intelligence and Buffy doesn't. It's not always the strongest that wins, if that was the case Buffy would've been destroyed by plenty of the bads that have come to Sunnydale, but she didn't always win cause she was stronger she won cause of intelligence and improvisation and friends, all of which Batman has also.
 
Batman would win, Buffy is strong but Batman's fighting skills are way beyond Buffy.

(This topic sucks, lol, i'm a Batman fanboy and a Buffy fanboy, I hate being objective, hehe.)
