Buffy Verbiage

I tend to add the -ly prefix more than I should. But I'm dying to get 'exponentially prefixy' into a sentence, from S-8.2. Joss just cracks me up with the dialog.

Can't go past 5by5 - i love that one and have taught my two year old to say it when he's asked how he is. it always brings a smile to my face but i usually have to end up explaining what it means to the uninitiated.

How cute!! My eighteen-month-old Xander says "Grr! Argh!" :-)
Yay I use their words. Sometimes unconciously I once caught myself saying "after working out" A tossle like that is good for the soul. LOL I know it wasn't proper to be said there but what the hell. Five by five I use as well and Biatch but that's already used every where

must say beautiful signature there
speaking of i got called out on "insane troll logic" by the hot girl at work - she asked where it came from and i should've played it cool...but you know...it's me so I told her and well, she laughed - it's just not meant to be - i mean if you can't love the buff we're not ...wait for it... 5 BY 5

5by5, nifty, la la la, oh penis or something to that extent, and I use the ...much too, but I don't really get the chance to use a lot of buffy verbiage since I usually speak Dutch and pple in buffy ...well don't :s

I say 5x5 a few times a day, I know I've said Wiggins lots of times, and I'm pretty sure I've said Buffy's Speaking For Everyone line at least once. I should pick up on this stuff better...I'm vowing to use Insane Troll Logic tomorrow.

I've also said "Oh, monkey poop!" from the Chaos Bleeds video game.

I use "bitca" and "bored now" a lot and add "much" to a lot of things that would otherwise lead to just one-worded questions. Also "fire bad, tree pretty" when I don't understand things...mainly after I've mumbled something else.

Darling Faithy
ive gotta use the fire bad tree pretty one man ahahaha
I use five by five ALOT, it gets on my friends nerves actually lol, alot of Faith's mannerisms(sp?) i've picked up, like wicked, and alot of my speech is like hers, she was always my fav. character, so my speech pattern has become uncannily like hers.

Though, the other day, getting bags out of the car, I was like bag me. and that kinda reminded me of Cordy's book me saying. I'm always saying theorem, I think Xander used in Graduation day part 1..ive been caught saying we'll need a bigger boat, and nifty too. I've also used "whats your childhood trama." once, OH! and cold blooded jelly donut.

gah, stupid edit button dissapeared haha, so hopefully merging of the posts happens, but I've also used "oh penis" and "bite me, harris." yes, with the same last name, i get looks for that one haha. I think "beneath you." was the ultimate quote episode hahaa.

i was quite proud of myself yesterday...i managed to get 'that'll put marzipan in your pie plate, bingo' into a conversation. i did get some strange looks from my friends, but it was worth it! lmao

I've ALWAYS wanted to use that one!
I realised that I say something else when I'm klutzy and hurt myself (which is almost every day). I cry out "Ow...Mommy" ('cept I don't usually say "this mortal wound is all....itchy") much like The First as Buffy after she gets a sword in the stomach in Chosen.

I actually used "insane troll logic" for the first time the other day without meaning to. The people I was talking to just laughed -- in a good way, not a "you're psycho" way.

i've recently started to use 'What's the hubub, bub?' a lot lately. don't know why, i haven't even been watching that ep lately. strange.

damn thats an amazing banner! :)
I might have once or twice in the past, only when it's in context, but I don't really remember, and I don't now.

I'm pretty good with my one liners anyway.

The only thing I can really remember saying to anyone(said with a grimace) is "you're insane, you're short and you're insane". That was when I was losing an argument and he happened to be about 6'5. Which was enough of a curveball to deflect from the losing of the argument.

I don't know about you guys, but i always get strange+random guys sending me msgs on myspace, and asking to be added, and they say things like this, (I swear this is a copy and paste, but i edited the number):

can we be loovers i am just transffreed to Doha, looking for sweet relaytionship if you can........
my number is 5**-***6
see ya
Ali

Anyways, the point is, now I've decided to reply to all these message with a good Buffy quote...

"A world of NO" - Buffy

(When Spike offers her a drink in OMWF. I think a few episodes before this, they got really drunk together.)

thats funny lol, i love that ep
Getting caught out at work (not working, what's new?) by one of the guys I said..."uh oh, Daddy's home...I'm in wicked trouble now".

I got strange looks but the guys here are pretty cool....it's not like I haven't caught them out heaps of times either! :lmao:

when i make a sarcastic joke, i usually get a sarcasticly spoken, "funny", as a response. my response to this is always "i'm a funny guy". if they know buffy, they get it, if they dont, they wonder why i am calling myself a guy :silly:.

I had a phase of constantly saying five by faith when i was going through another "phase of i wanna be just like faith lol"

I call others Nancy boy. And I often say don't taunt the fear demon. I mention D'Hoffran often. (as in "tell it to D'hoffran") I also say "thats scarier than a fuzzy bunny". I also like to pull out the ol school "Do you see spots? Does Elvis talk to you?" Fast food in general has become "the doublemeat palace" and when I leave I say "wish me Monsters".
I know its not buffy but I use "Shiny" alot too..
