This one will last until 22nd Feb so get voting. This time the vote is:

Where should the base be? Will said base be on a Hellmouth?

By 'base' I simply mean somwhere were a few people will stay and where the gang can come back to. Now Giles is to re-set up the Watcher's Council so it could be anywhere really. Also should there be a Hellmouth where they are, like Sunnydale, or just demon activitiy, like LA?
 
I like England with no Hellmouth. I've been reading up on what planning you guys have done so far, and I agree it would be a nice new thing to not repeat the Hellmouth plotline.
 
I like the idea of a global story, happening in multiple locations with the possibility of a hellmouth, or hellmouths left open.
 
Whatever you do, the hellmouth is now in Cleveland, so you can't have a hellmouth anywhere else, and you can't go to Cleveland, 'cause nearly everybody is going there these days!
 
Concerning Hellmouths: Giles only says "There's another one in Cleveland" doesn't he? He doesn't say the only one left is in Cleveland.

He did say that when they were looking at Sunnydale... or well what was left of it and that was just a big hole.
