I just read the original post, and realised how cute they would be together 🙂
It's on of those pairings you don't think about but would totally work.
I can just imagine them together ... giggling and teasing and being very happy.
I can't be bothered to write much, but yeah, would totally work
 
I love love love their friendship, but eh... I don't think they'd make the best couple. I liked Willow and Xander better as far as that goes, but obviously that won't happen now 😛
 
I agree about Xander/Buffy working really well in S7, they basically were like parental figures to Dawn. The family vibe thing they've got going on was the best thing about S7 for me.

The more and more I think about this, the more I want it to happen. I actually love the idea of them together.

Yeah my husband is actually known as TheReplacement here on the board, but he stopped posting a long time ago... I'm gonna try to get him to come back and post once we start rewatching "Angel".

I think eventually I'll end up buying the comics on Ebay. I want to read them eventually, even though some MAJOR plot points have been spoiled for me because I won't stay out of the Season 8 forums enough. LOL
